I love the weight loss Brendan, but you don't have to freak out over every little food. It's alright to have snack foods once in a while. Moderation is the key. Even though you think that the Cheetos are bad, they are not. They have low saturated fat, which is the key. You can eat low calories all you want, but saturated fat is going to clog your arteries no matter what.
