Yeah basically, but you can run from coilheads when you aren’t looking at them as their speed isn’t instant teleportation to your location

So I used thunderstore to load the mod, then I edited the config and set every enemy except for the coil-heads to 0

I used a mod called Lethal Quantities. I then edited the config file and set every monsters spawn to zero except for the coil heads.
