Blocked drain. I am your father.
This one was a pure graft, the initial call was for a slow draining gully, so of course I went at it with a plunger and wasted around 20 mins before moving over to the otherside of the house to access the access chamber.
Like a bl@#dy assault course getting my gear to that access point, anyway I found the problem.
