    Looks like a nice creative product but im having trouble visualizing myself tightening the tripod head because the bino adapter isn't centered to the binos which would a little off balance

      why would you make the head so loose it falls over, you drop it on and throw the lever, it's locked, the lock and the adjustments are two different adjustments so one has nothing to do with the other but keep trying to poke holes I love where your head is at ... shrewd

    I did some digging to try and figure out what adapter plate you have on that tripod allowing the multiple devices. Can't find anything. Can anyone point me in a direction?
    Thanks

    Will the quick connecter on the tripod fit the Leopold quick connector? Using one of the Leupold MK-4 spotting scopes with a lever lock quick connector. Using a shorter, bench level Leupold tripod. Would like to have a full height tripod.

      I have no idea what you are explaining ? I have no idea what plate Leupold uses, this is RRS Dovetail or Arca will work, as well RRS will use a Picatinney Rail mount

      @@SHLowlight The style of connector used by Leupold seems similar. There may be a size difference. The Leupold mount is a dovetail style connector. One side is a fixed dovetail. The other side has a spring assisted locking piece to lock the optic in place. There is a lever to unlock the plate. The smaller plate attaches to the spotting scope via the threaded hole where the optic normally attaches. I seen some connectors that are slightly larger than the Leupold model. I'll research RRS and the Arca connectors to see if they are compatible. Your tripod looks like it has substance. Plus, your tripods can withstand shock of shooting. Typical camera tripods are just not study enough.

      @@whomagoose6897 If you are talking the new Leupold that is jut a Leofoto knock off the RRS models, so they are compatible, they just use the Chinese Knockoff version of these tripods

      @@SHLowlight The Leupold tripod that I have is made in China. I've had it since 2008 so it may not be a recent model. I cannot get any response when using RRS in a search engine. Possibly using the wrong search term. I just don't want to start collecting a bunch of connectors that are incompatible.
      Did go to the Mile High Shooting Center's web site. The RRS ball head connector looks similar. I'll see if the dovetail diamentions are the same. Thanks for your help.

    Can someone tell me why the bipod legs are deployed while on a tripod?

    • @SHLowlight
      @SHLowlight  3 года назад +3

      Because it's sitting on the bipod before I placed it on the tripod, in this context it has zero bearing on what I am doing so who cares, why worry about it ? If you watch the AI video at one point I dropped the rifle on the game changer and it deployed the bipod by itself. Its not worth even looking at, you pick it up, and place it,
