    Could you please explain why staying in Canada is an issue ? Isn't that why most people wanna study there ? To eventually immigrate. Why Canada turns down so many applications while they took 40000 Afghans who can't even spell Toronto.

    • @studyabroadtech258
      @studyabroadtech258  2 года назад

      Staying in Canada is not an issue but it’s not something you should let them know right away because it could lead to a refusal. If you think about it, maybe you apply for a visit visa to USA and u tell them that you want to stay there forever eventually, you will be denied right away. No countries want people to just come and stay in their country and get the benefits as though they were born there just like that. That’s why even Visa applications exists, so that they can determine if you are a good citizen to your country and that u will not take advantage of other countries.

      Hello, I am glad u found this video helpful. I wouldn’t advise you to resign from you work as currently the refusal rate has gone high and I wouldn’t want u to quit your job before you know for sure the outcome of your application. With that being said, your situation is unique in a way that it would be hard to prove that you will go back to your home country after not being there for 9 years . Hence, I would advise you that u seek legal/ professional help , as you also have a family, they will advise you on what to do for them ( either apply with them or not ). With all these factors to consider, professional advice would be best in order to avoid a refusal. I hope this helps😀

      Yeah so Immigration status also goes hand in hand with family ties. You can show them your work visa and your letter of employment stating the date that you will finish work. But also mention your home ties (things that guarrantee that you will go back to India such as family living there, your properties/ assets if you have them) . One last thing to mentin is also proof of job prospects in Canada. This will be useful to convince them u will also go back home.

Whereas my short term goal will be to get a job while simultaneously building my business on the side. However when it came to employment i said that i have contacts and people that i have built relationships in order to land me a job. Dear Yvettet thanks for the video! I have a question for you. I have a bachelor degree of Finance at my motherland and want to apply for post secondary (2 years) education in Accounting and explain it with future promotion at my current job. Is it ok for letter of purpose?

    • @studyabroadtech258
      @studyabroadtech258  3 года назад

      It’s harder to explain because those two programs are kind of related . It would be much easier if it was a masters degree. But you never know anything is possible, explain everything and why u need it and what skills u are lacking and convince them why it’s a good investment for you .

You don’t have to travel back home , but u have to be strategic about how u mention that in the letter of explanation in order to avoid that “ immigration status refusal reason”. If u have proof that what u are doing is temporary and that u are planning to go back home soon then u can attach that proof.
