It's more sad when you realize Loki probably believes that he will never see her again even in death because he probably doesn't believe he will ever go to Valhalla. Including the fact that the last thing he said to her was that she wasn't his mother.
Ashfer2 It's even more sad when you think about how Loki thinks it was definitely his fault that his mom died... because he told the monster where to go..., "You might want to take the stairs to the left." to find what he was looking for... but he didn't know what it was he was looking for exactly so he just thought he was helping a fellow villain out at the time... but when the guard told him that his mother was murdered by a monster that broke out of the prisons and found their way to the queen... he instantly knew he was the reason why she died and he suddenly felt guilty about everything... he blamed himself for the death of the one person who cared about him in the world and he was crushed... mentally he was broken and it did not help the already horrible way he was feeling about himself... 💙😭💜😢💚

This is sad. When Loki found out that Frigga got killed,he just lost it. Frigga was the only person Loki loved and to know she was killed... Thor, I know he was sad but he did not look at all sad. That part in the movie is a little sad, but what really makes me mad is : WHAT KIND OF FATHER WILL TEL THERE CHILD ( ADOPTED OR NOT ) THAT THEIR BIRTHRIGHT WAS TO DIE!?!?! when Odin said " your birthright " " was to die" that was sad.

All three of the men in her life were devastated when she died.
Motherhood goes deeper than blood. As a adopted child with a older non biological brother. Only women can give the love unconditionally to a child regardless if they are their own or not. I was never treated any differently by her or my brother. And to this day. That women will only ever be my mumma...

Same I've been taunted and bullied for 15 years and not only that but those bullies were the one who made me realize I'm adopted. But the saddest words was my mother said that even if I'm adopted is that I was loved and cherish. She explained that those bullies are just jealous that no matter what even if I am adopted from her sister's side because she was barren, she still done many sacrifice for me even losing enough sleep to prepare me for school, defending me when I'm in the principal office because I was bullied, and gave me a shoulder to cry on. Even if she punished me, I know because its because all I learned in school is stealing and fighting because of bullies, its because to correct me for mistakes I have done.
That's why I'm deeply loyal to my adopted parents that somewhat borderline obsessive and over-protective of them.
For me Its not in the blood but how they would raise you is how you show them the love they gave in return those times.
Its hurts me to be adopted let alone being reminded by that in years by those bullies. They damage me to the point I have multiple mental disorders but also created another shadow self of mine, if thats how to describe it. I mostly have tried suicide but the most painful thing is that before I plan to poison myself, my shadow self at the very least reminded me that there are others who would be saddened because my adopted parents have no other children so it reminds me who would be there for them. Its hurts because I've been blinded by bullying that nobody cares but I almost forgot my parents. Shocking at most since my shadow self is someone who is the opposite of me who is heartless, cruel, domineering and confident compared to me who is shy and quiet but to hear her those times makes me think that she may have respect to my adopted parents because they never flinch or abandon me when she takes control of me that is when she curses at them to die or spit negatively. They are the one who are not seemingly afraid of my darker self who only showed when angered or murderous.
They accepts me and so it showed that I am more then protective of them.

@@veniceangelidelacruz2988 Thank you. I'm protective and obsessive when it comes to my family since they are the ties that connect me to atleast stay sane which would be bad if I lose them. I'm not interested in forming a family of my own which is why I rely on them but once I lost them wellllll....yeahhh I mught just let my shadow self control myself then. That's why I am always praying that they live longer atleast if I die aswell. I am not into family oriented with romance or atleast good in any family or loving household. I survive until now but even people have notice my decline of loss memory, low health(I am becoming more pale) and my abnormal sleeping habits that why I have eyebags. Some are asking why I look like that add only with mental diorders from bullying. Atleast I still pray for my family to last longer until I plan what to do. I don't think I'll last in my life with my health and mental problems.
I was so sad for Loki when Frigga died, I always wanted someone to make a tribute video and.. I just... It's so beutiful :,)

I often think of my own mother when listening to this, and I realize, I can kinda relate to Loki in some ways. He really loved his mother, despite what he felt for Odin. His mother was his best friend, the only one to truly understand him, and he lost her. He probably blames himself as well, and he puts on this facade that he never cared, when he's hurting so much. I imagine if I was to lose my mother, i'd be much like Loki. I've already lost my father, and my step-father and I headbutted a lot when he lived with us. So I would essentially be lost, alone like Loki thinks he is. That's for making such a beautiful video!

Good Lord, you had me crying the whole time! Loki is so misunderstood and Frigga was the only one who loved him unconditionally, so sad that he was locked away when she was murdered. He couldn't even go to the funeral... Good good, that was his mother, Odin couldn't at least have put handcuffs on him and let him say a final goodbye to his mother? How tragic!😔😢
i know, if not for loki, for frigga because i think she would have liked all of her family saying goodby to her together.

I don't know how many times I have watched this video but every time it touches me just like the first time...only with varying degrees of intensity. Just now, I was an absolute sobbing mess by the end of it. I kept thinking of how one day my mom too would be beyond reach. And I kept thinking of Loki and how much he must miss Frigga. The only one who never found him wanting. Frigga, who who must have been the only bright light among all the dark hours for him overt he centuries. Frigga who taught him magic, had faith in him and knew him more than he knows himself.
Loki is someone who probably doesn't even acknowledge his pains and fears to even himself. How hard it must be for him now that there is n one reach through his endless barriers and sooth him when he is breaking inside. To look at him and not be fooled by the illusions and see the real him.
It s hard being alone, wearing the mask all the time, lying to the world and to yourself, pretending to smile and fool around when you are broken and hurting inside.
Anywho, awesome job with the video.

I watched the confrontation between Thor and Loki in which Thor had Loki imprisoned. No one there to protect Frigga and got killed. The sons were blaming each other. The dialogue goes:
Thor: You always caused trouble. Now our mother's dead and you're in prison.
Loki: (in tears) WHO PUT ME THERE?! WHO PUT ME THERE?!!
That scene killed me. Our man Tom Hiddleston deserves an acting award for it. Loki, 4ever!!!
I know someday that Tom will bag that award in his future projects. I mean he played a god, a king, a well remembered villain. There are rumors that he'll be the next James Bond. Those commendations will not be far behind.

While i'm watching this, i just realized Loki never had a chance to say goodbye to his mother who cared for him so much so that he didn't feel he was left out. Loki got the mother's blessing and magic power. Frigga tried very hard for Loki. Special mother and son's relationship couldn't have moment of a farewell. So sad
Frigga was more of a parent to Loki and Thor more than Odin ever was.
So many lovely pictures. The ones in the end made me think of what Moanas Grandmother Tala says to her when she is leaving the island: ""There is nowhere you could go that I won't be with you.". It still makes me cry, especially with those pictures.
My mother passed almost a year ago. It's the first mother's day without her. She is and always will be my heart. I pray you allow me to dedicate this video to her, and all the loving mother's, like Loki and Thor's dear Frigga, whom have lifted us up through this difficult life...I love you Momma... It doesn’t matter to any parent what there child does in life. Or where they came from in the beginning or even if they really are not of their own flesh and blood. Is what matters most is that they were always loved... forever unconditionally loved through the good times and through the bad. Frigga loved both her sons equally and fairly, there was not judgment, there was no fairness, her love was given out in equal doses to both sons. Aseir and frostgiant alike it did not matter to her. A child in need was a child to her. No matter the difference or race.
But for Loki losing his mother was a devistation. The part of him that made him humane died with her when she was murdered but there is still good in him and Thor still believes in that as did his mother. For a mother’s love is strong and true and never dies. ❤️🙏

I felt so bad when she died. I specifically felt really bad for Loki out of them all, cause like, the last thing he said to her was basically "You aren't my mother", which I mean, maybe she could see through him, but still... He also didn't get to go to her funeral, and he didn't technically get to talk to her/see her in person before her death either since the last time he was physically in the same space as her was when he was before Odin in chains. (I mean, he couldn't hug her or anything when she visited him the cell, which is why I bring that up I guess.) When you think about how she was probably the only one who was always there for him in childhood and such to it just, ahh my heart.
I need to stop thinking about this so much or I'm just gonna be in a mood of sadness for hours going over it all in my head.
_If anything, I really wish there was more of her and her sons relationship shown in the movies and such._ -Why I want like a prequel movie or what ever honestly.. Ahh.-
