Quick Tips: Battery Load Test

You never want a situation where a customer’s battery dies while the vehicle is in your custody, but Mike shares statistics that more than 20% of vehicles that come into the repair facility need a battery when they arrive. The best way to avoid an uncomfortable conversation is by performing a quick battery load test when you take possession of the vehicle, to be able to have an informed conversation at the start of the process about the state of the battery and whether it will need to be addressed.
