Ok I have a question. Good animations. But What do you need premiere and photoshop for when you animate? Why not just Flash or Adobe animate?

I use photoshop for backgrounds/shading, and for finalizing my animatics, and i use premiere for editing it all together!

My animation starts at about 20-30 dollars per second, depending on how complicated it is! But animatics are about 2$ per second, if you'd be interested in one of those for a 20$ budget! O:
