Sucks that Tazered didn't count, although they still got it from "merited" (I thought it was going to be demerit which would have also worked). Taser is the official name of the brand that makes them. They've become synonymous with the tool, itself, globally. I assumed it was spelled with a Z but it's actually an S because it's an acronym. Honestly it's only a matter of time until it becomes an official word for the tool, and then someone will probably start spelling it with a Z and it'll catch on.
