Kahit pa may batas pero kung di naman tumupad sa mga pangako imbes nagdadala matitinding krimen like trafficking, laundering, kidnapping and worse murdering. It is the president who has the loud voice and strong fist to immediately stop it. Even legal pogos. PAOCC chief said they even caught legal pogos doing illegal activities on the side.

Do you not have a law that says anyone involve in criminal activity will be penalized and/or put in prison according to the law, and government may confiscate all properties of the actors found guilty. You may consider making similar law if your country do not already have it.
