The WinkBed looks soo luxurious!! Didn’t know so many mattresses had zoned construction! Always thought it was just the Casper.

My back is already feeling better after watching these reviews :) I would go with the Winkbed, it seems like a very comfortable mattress that is built well.

It never occurred to me that a bad mattress could be a factor playing into sciatica. Gives some great suggestions as some of my family members deal with it. I love the idea of zoned support in the casper mattress

I'm very inclined to go with the Wink bed for its hybrid technology and coil on coil construction. Pillow top with durability and longevity.

So many nice options! The winkbed and Saatva both seem like they would be nice 👍 I like the hybrid support vs all foam (probably because I am starting to really dislike my all foam mattress!) Good options for those with any type of back pain!

I have lower back pain---had it for years---the worst, most pain inducing sleep I ever have is when I sleep on a memory foam mattress. It just doesn't provide the support I need. I feel like traditional innerspring or perhaps hybrid mattresses are best for me, but currently I sleep on all latex because it's natural, provides springy support and is durable, as mentioned in the review.

I have horrible back pain and sciatica so this review is for me! I think I like the loom and leaf as well as the winkbed. They both seem very good for comfort and support as well as durability.

I suffered a broken back a couple years ago and sleeping on a firm mattress kills my back. I think the Winkbed would be ideal because it’s soft yet supportive. I think it’s one of the nicest mattresses out there.

I think that Saatva mattress would be ideal for a back sleeper! It gives you a traditional look and feel.

I've had my heart set on the Saatva and Winkbed. But looking at Saatva's Loom & Leaf, is giving me surprising hope for an all foam mattress! I have a number of issues with my lumbar, sacrum and cervical spine. And I've always done better with a more firm mattress. Thank you for these eye opening reviews!

I think the Casper and saatva sound great for me. I am a side sleeper and I like firmness. I don't like sinking in. I def have lower back pain with signs of sciatica.

Both my husband and I suffer from a lot of lower back pain when we wake up in the morning.I always blamed our mattress but wonder if at least mine is from stomach sleeping 90+% of the time .These all look like great beds for our problem.I'll think I finally figured out hich mattress I want to buy us and then get all torn up again when you introduce (or reintroduce ) me to a few more-lol. Out of these ones Winkbed calls out to me the most (I want a durable mattress and like the zoned support)

The Casper seems to have even support at 3:26... It's not lifting your lumbar region more than your shoulders, or letting your shoulders sink in more than your hips. I wish I could find a mattress that was very soft, but with lumbar support to keep my hips a couple inches higher.

Love this review, so Thanks! I have been heavily researching mattress types as my 10-yr old hybrid mattress is done! So, my dilemna now is hybrid vs foam. I am oldish, side sleeper with back and sciatica problems. Have narrowed it down so far to the Wink Luxury Firm and the Level Sleep mattress. Any suggestions??

Is the lumbar support zone noticeable easily? The Casper Nova and Wave Hybrid weren't noticeable for me.

I appreciate this information since I'm an older college student with lower back pain and sciatica pain from a car accident about 6 years ago. I am trying not to spend more than $300 on a mattress that won't kill my back. I think the Helix Birch mattress might be a good match. I am a heavier sleeper and I get hot at night. I prefer to sleep on my side or back but I get shoulder and neck pain with my current mattress when I sleep on my side and lower back as well as sciatica pain when I sleep on my back. I'm also generally more comfortable with softer mattress that I've slept in. I'm looking for a full size mattress, do you have any recommendations?

How about for back sleepers that have bad back pain, sleep with their legs bent. ie- heels up against their butt, knees straight up in the air.
My feet are almost up against my back. That is more pressure in the middle of the bed.

This is nonsense. I have disected countless mattresses. It is the same game. Pillow tops sag. egg crate sag. Memory foam lose its memory..only.thiing that stays solid in a spring mattress are the base springs.
