Sometimes an employee who holds company stock needs to cash some of it out to pay for his or her kid's expensive private school....or something similar...I never see partial selling by insiders as necessarily negative.
The stock was quite volatile last few months. I sold my positions to get some big gains with swing trade. I did gain something like 200% on my trades but now I lost my hims position. I agree with your analysis and that it is huge especially in a country like US where the healthcare is ridiculous. People will definitely go above and beyond to decrease their healthcare spending and companies like HIMS will benefit hugely. Currently the supports seems to be at 22.41 and 18.56; I am waiting on the next bearish news that will shake some ignorant investors to rebuild my position. I will try to get this to ~10% of my portfolio. I never give such big percentages to these small stocks, but this is an incredible business model, incredible solution to the problem that is US healthcare :)

This is already proven on many charts other YTbers analysts have presented. Warren Buffet doesn't sell half his APPLE stock (& others) if he was optimistic on markets at this point. So, it makes sense to wait for the big pullback and then go in.
youtube is a terrible place to observe a "consensus" because it uses ai to target each individual. So when you and your cell phone environment get a bunch of ai & quantum videos, I and my cell environment may be getting a bunch of non-tech related suggestions. The point is, is you cannot trust it. You should know this.
