    Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    14 grams of yeast
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    1 teaspoon of salt
    30 ml of oil
    500 ml of lukewarm water
    5 cups of flour
    Milk (for brushing)
    Additional salt (for sprinkling)
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Yeast Mixture:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine 500 ml of lukewarm water with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
    Add 14 grams of yeast to the sugar water. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
    Make the Dough:
    Once the yeast is activated, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 30 ml of oil to the mixture.
    Gradually add the 5 cups of flour, one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix until the dough starts to come together.
    Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
    Let the Dough Rise:
    Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
    Divide the Dough:
    Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air.
    Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small ball.
    Second Rise:
    Place the dough balls on a tray, cover them with a cloth, and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
    Prepare for Baking:
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
