Kuroyasha ("Black Yaksha") is voiced by the iconic and legendary Masaharu Maeda (better known by his stage name as Shigeru Chiba). Hist most iconic roles include the following down below:
Kazuma Kuwabara from YuYu Hakusho, Emperor Pilaf, Raditz and Garlic Jr. from Dragon Ball Z, Buggy the Clown from One Piece, Kefka Palazzo from Dissidia: Final Fantasy, and Kōichi Todome from Kerberos saga.
You actually heard Shigeru Chiba plenty of times in the series he's the over-the-top and outlandish sounding narrator in the latter chapters of the anime. He voiced Joker (a filler villain who worked for Shin), he voiced Seeker (those dudes with the long tongues who tried to attack Mamiya), he voiced Komaku (a Gremlin looking dude who worked for Yuda), he voiced Beji (one of Holy Emperor Souther's henchmen) he voiced Usa (one of Raoh's henchmen), he voiced Kujin (one of Hyoh's soldiers who claimed to have an invincible body) and during the Celestial Empress storyline he voiced Jako, the joker looking dude who was blackmailing Falco and imprisoned Lin's twin sister Lui.
Kuroyasha ( "Black Yaksha") design is based on Marhan from the movie Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. So this character is a man of East Indian descent not African.The Yakshas are a broad class of nature spirits, often times their benevolent, but sometimes mischievous or capricious, connected with water, fertility, trees, the forest, treasure and wilderness. They appear in Hindu, Jain and Buddhist texts, as well as ancient and medieval era temples of South Asia and Southeast Asia as guardian deities.
Sayaka and she's voiced by Takashima Yumiko. Takashima Yumiko is married to iconic and legendary voice actor Banjō Ginga who was the voice of Holy Emperor Souther.
I'm not gonna lie, Sayaka is smoking hot, she would high on my list of hot females in Fist of the North Star, right up there with Mamiya and Yuria.

The Land of Shura arc really did have new characters coming out of the woodwork constantly, though the anime helps by giving these new supporting characters more screentime or foreshadowing.
1. Kenshiro has a stand now! Well, not quite, since it’s actually a phantom of the North Star. But still, KENSHIRO HAS A STAND!
2. Black Yakasha (also called Kuroyakasha), means: “Black Demon”, and don’t worry, he’ll be back. Also, as pointed out, he’s the only Indian character in the entire series.
3. I hate to disappoint you, but there won’t be a tag-team fight. The Divine Fist Of The North Star doesn’t permit tag-team fights, despite how cool they’d be. It’s why Toki paralysed Kenshiro back in episode 48, Raoh could only be fought one-on-one according to the rules. Raoh even acknowledged that Toki and Kenshiro could have killed him if they tag-teamed him.
4. We’ve got only Thirteen episodes left! And rest assured, it’s only getting bloodier, metal-er, deeper, and even smarter from here! You know how Kenshiro VS Raoh deserved Wrestlemania hype? WELL BUCKLE UP FOLKS THIS HOME STRETCH IS GONNA BE WILD!!!!
