I have tips to help you guys out, drink water, try to only drink water for a week, no soda or anything with a lot of sugar. Avoid foods with a lot of sodium, this will make your face puffy, Diets high in salt cause the body to retain water. Water retention causes swelling and puffiness in various parts of the body, including the face. Eat more healthy. Those tips helped me out a lot. I did these exercises 3-5 times a day and drank 5-6 bottles of water for one week. Keep this in mind, people have different results so you might not see it in a week but other than that, that was my 1 week experience. (4 months later) i totally recommend doing exercise in general, it helps alot , trust, just have a plan and workout routine
@@Gk-dv4xx I’m 13 and it’s been my 2nd or 3rd week, I lost track but, if you want a jawline and a slim face, I would definitely recommend, only if your in good shape and have good weight, if your overweight, you’re gonna be wasting time but if you have good weight, you should be fine , my jawline is sharp now and my cheekbones are almost at its fullest potential, maybe another week or 2 but to answer your question, yes, I’m 13 and doing it and about enter my freshman year.

DAY 1: fixing my wide jaw! not a difference yet. I did it twice today DAY 2: my face isnt as puffy anymore. jaw getting a little sharper. i did it 4 times today. DAY 3: back of my jaw getting smaller. its not as wide anymore. and chin still the same but got a lil sharper. i did it 3 times today DAY 4: I’m actually seeing a really big difference by the chin area !! did this 2 times today DAY 5: my whole jaw kinda hurts, but I’m seeing a huge difference from when I started doing this then a after. DAY 6: honestly after day six you see a really big difference. i stopped doing it because i liked the way my jaw looks after 2 months I saw a big difference it works!
I'm 54 y.o. and this is my 8th day on this routine. At 5th day I started doing it twice a day, and... there is a noticeable improvement! I was told so today. I tried doing this exercise daily but i felt way WAY too much tension in my jaw while doing this. It was way too painful. Thius only happened to me though, and yes i have done this for 3 weeks and i see visual improvements in my jawline

I used to be so DAMN skinny and couldnt gain weight. Then after alot of research i found an abb routine and ate healthy but alot and now im in a really good shape
I did this for 1 month, 2 times each day and honestly, yes it works. Its the perfect facial workout if you have acne like I do and want to avoid touching the face as much as possible, or with the least flare ups. Still you have to always wash your hands before you do it, since because of the chin massage, its made a few whiteheads appear near my jaw. And if you have acne on your cheeks just dont do the Masticatory muscle massage(rubbing cheeks), instead just wait until your face isnt that sore (if it is). Anyways, My face isnt round anymore and its a lot more defined, I still have a tiiny bit of cheek fat although barely noticeable unless you checked really closely. My jawline is more defined as well, but it never really affected my double chin since its still noticeable if I slightly lower my head(I already had a noticeable jawline before doing this btw). Since most of the fat on my face is gone, its also made my face look more symmetric, since before, my face looked "bigger" on one side. Unexpectedly, its also made my collar bone more defined, this is probably because of the last part of the exercise. I never changed diets and just ate how I normally do, lots of sweets included. There wont be clear changes in 2-3 days, only per week can you see the change(at least in the beginning) in my last week especially, I could see noticeable changes each day. Hope this helps

I did this 1-2 times a day for a week, it does work, my jawline got sharper and my cheeks slimmed down, i have also noticed my collar bones are getting clearer, totally recommend
ok so i’ve never shared my experiences of these type of tutorials but now i’ve been doing these exercises for 4 DAYS and there’s definitely a change, it’s minimal but NOTICEABLE so i’ll keep doing it for 3 weeks and i want to share my results cause i’m having expectations on how this works out!!!
I've been making it for 5 days and it works! I only make it 2-3 times a day. You really need self -discipline for this exercise. Keep doing it and you gonna love the result. Every body will give different result so do not compare your result with others. 💖
If anyone is still interested if these exercises work or not, they do. The first result will have been seen in a week. I suggest you to do them twice a day(morning/before going to bed). Also do not overdo them! It's always better to wait for better results.
Dear guy who keeps asking about coffee and stuff: Do most facial exercises everyday 2-3 times, if ur gonna drink coffee then make sure it’s black not milk, and get some exercise if u got a double chin. Otherwise, just wait until tomorrow.

But maybe because i stopped for a while, my extra skin that creates a double chin isn't reducing so i will work on that. I did this for about 3/1 weeks did cardiovascular excercises every morning and calorie deficit.After that i went from 69.8kg to 60.9kg real quick and i had a more visible jawline not as sharp as his tho and my face went slim highly recommend this video if you want to have a defined jawline and slim face.Also drink water everyday about 3 liters to reduce some fat and when you start eating food chew it slowly dont swallow too fast that's what makes you gain weight too...
i was born with a really puffy face and undefined jawline, i hope this works (will post in like 1-2 weeks if i feel any differences to my face) edit: there were very little results to the workout. my jawline did define a bit though!
I have tried many facial exercises before, however, this one is the one that shows effect. This is VERY effective and I see changes even without doing it every day (although I should keep up with the exercise, sometimes I just didn't make it...)

Been doing this for 2 weeks and it works!! I have always been skinny yet my face was round and always seemed to be puffy. Recently i started to hit the gym and drink only water and lost about 10kg, yet my face was still chubby. Now my face (especially on camera) seems much more structured and less puffy due to this! I do this exercise before i sleep and drink one glass of black coffee (or cold brew) without milk or sugar.

Hi when u first started do u have a fat below ur chin? Cause I have done this for 2 weeks I did got a sharper jawline definitely but the fat underneath yet hasn't changed
day 1: only did it once today as I found this at night. completed it and it definitely hurt. the tongue exercise for me is the worst one yet and there’s no difference. hopefully I will remember to update! day 2: first time today, I could inly do 10 tongue turns before it started hurting really badly, my throat and jaw definitely aches more so thats good in a way, I’ll probably update on my second time later (forgot) Day 3: twice today, getting easier to do. definitley improvement! day 4: twice, yet it hurt like it did the first time. no improvement since day 3 day 5: once today, hurt again but not as bad. A little more improvement since day 4, wouldn’t be noticeable from long distances though. Tongue exercise only hurt on the last 10 seconds! Update: I forgot to edit this the last few days that I did it. But I stopped on day 8, with the results I was hoping to achieve. If you want to do this I recommend doing it twice a day (once in the morning, once at night) every day for a week or so. My face shape didn’t need much improvement before, but I wanted a sharper jawline and a little less chub on my cheeks and it worked amazingly, sorry if I’ve kept you waiting, I just haven’t been able to of it recently because Christmas was coming up and Ive been busy with presents and staying with family. These workouts will have amazing results no matter what you are trying to achieve with them!

Guys, make sure before you guys do this u also start lowering ur body fat percentage or nothing will change. U can’t lose fat in a specific area but u can lower ur overall body fat, it might be harder if u have face fat genetically bc then that means fat likes to be stored in your face but u can lose the fat by lowering ur overall bodyfat percentage. Do this while doing these face excercise so u can make ur face muscles tighter and make ur face more slim.
I just did this 2 times a day , approx 30 min in Total .The next day i found a little difference .So surely if its done regularly for week , you will see drastic change seriously Bonus tip:: Make sure to reduce fat in diet.
I've never looked at my mirror closely when doing this exercise, then after one month im like damn my neck fat is gone, you have no idea how happy i am so thxxx!!!!

I did this exercise for 1 year, and i have huge results, but it is also worth noting that in addition to these facial exercises, I ran 10 km every day. I lost weight from 75 kg to 62 kg.

I did this for ✨2 days✨now (yesterday at 23:45pm and this morning at like 9:30 am), and boy, the jawline is visible. I recommend everyone to do it and keep doing it for as long as it takes. I of course will continue with these and if anyone would like any updating I would be happy to do some!

i did it for 1 week, i already had a nice jaw but my cheeks was like U shape, and now im more V shaped, so i recommend this, maybe for someone it takes longer to see results also im eating healthy (eggs, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, water, green tea, no sugar, no junk food etc.) and im doing it while washing my face with warm water to avoid pimples from massage exercises (its not necessary tho, because its all depends on your skin)

Hello! I’m going to start doing this and updating daily. My jawline isn’t that bad, but I am definitely looking to slim down my face shape. I will be doing this everyday along with a Daisy Keech workout. I will be drinking tons of water, and watching what I eat. Day 1✅ (11/30): I finished this workout and I feel fine. The workouts are actually kind of fun. Obviously no results yet. I will be drinking a large glass of water and getting ready for bed.
I have tried soooo many videos vowing to provide the results that Isaac provides. I saw zero results. On a scale of 1 ( super bad ) to 10 ( already looking like Isaac ) I was about a 5 when I started following his regimen. I am 1 week in and the results have been absolutely astounding ! I hated looking in the mirror before. But now I look and my jawline has become so much more lean and chiseled along with my face. And my double chin is greatly reduced....after just 1week! I almost can't believe that reflection is me. I do these exercises in the morning and in the evening. Isaac, I thank you for changing my features and in the process making me feel better about myself. I can actually smile when I look at my cheeks, jawline and chin in the mirror now. Guys, if you have dry/flakey skin or something even close to that, don't to the masticatory muscle massage, it can severely tear up your skin. I used to have normal but a little oily, smooth skin, but it was starting to dry, and after I did that massage the 3rd time, I felt my skin stinging and went to wash my face. I woke up tommorow to find my face skin completely destroyed- like it's so dry and flakey, idk if I applied too much pressure or smth, it can be my fault entirely, so I apologize if what I said is not true for others, but I just wanted to say this So yeah I just skip this massage while doing these exercises, everything else is alright
I'm a girl and I'm trying this. I'll test it out! DAY 1: Did this more than once today, I actually lost count. Maybe 5 times today. Results: My face buuuurned, and I'm positive this is gonna work after that. DAY 2: I see a difference although it's still the same but definitely not like yesterday~ I've done it 3 times today and my face did show signs of muscle aching but I pushed through. I’ve had a little cheat day today, had some ice cream and foods containing fat so I’ll cut down on that as well and focus on my diet and see how it goes. I've done this exercises for a few months now with some other face exercises. It didn't of course make my jaw bigger but it is much sharper and doesn't blend into my neck like a mush like it used to. These exercises are great we have a lot of muscles in our neck and face we rarely use. The exercises bring out your genetic potential imho.
@@mocho562 After 8 to 10 months it was a big and visible improvement. I've been also paying attention my diet and eating in a caloric deficit, my jaw is popping now. So if you lose weight to make your face shredded, these exercises are the cherry on top. I still do them.

DAY 1: fixing my wide jaw!
not a difference yet. I did it twice today
DAY 2: my face isnt as puffy anymore. jaw getting a little sharper. i did it 4 times today.
DAY 3: back of my jaw getting smaller. its not as wide anymore. and chin still the same but got a lil sharper. i did it 3 times today
DAY 4: I’m actually seeing a really big difference by the chin area !! did this 2 times today

I'm 54 y.o. and this is my 8th day on this routine. At 5th day I started doing it twice a day, and... there is a noticeable improvement! I was told so today. So, if a woman of my age can see results, so young people keep doing it and will see results too.
In the other hand and no less important, face and neck muscles are more relaxed, this has been always a problem for me. I'm more relaxed and sleeping better after so long time...

I realized I never completed my sentence.
I did this for 1 month, 2 times each day and honestly, yes it works. Its the perfect facial workout if you have acne like I do and want to avoid touching the face as much as possible, or with the least flare ups. Still you have to always wash your hands before you do it, since because of the chin massage, its made a few whiteheads appear near my jaw. And if you have acne on your cheeks just dont do the Masticatory muscle massage(rubbing cheeks), instead just wait until your face isnt that sore (if it is). Anyways, My face isnt round anymore and its a lot more defined, I still have a tiiny bit of cheek fat although barely noticeable unless you checked really closely. My jawline is more defined as well, but it never really affected my double chin since its still noticeable if I slightly lower my head(I already had a noticeable jawline before doing this btw). Since most of the fat on my face is gone, its also made my face look more symmetric, since before, my face looked "bigger" on one side. Unexpectedly, its also made my collar bone more defined, this is probably because of the last part of the exercise. I never changed diets and just ate how I normally do, lots of sweets included. There wont be clear changes in 2-3 days, only per week can you see the change(at least in the beginning) in my last week especially, I could see noticeable changes each day. Hope this helps

I've been making it for 5 days and it works! I only make it 2-3 times a day. You really need self -discipline for this exercise. Keep doing it and you gonna love the result. Every body will give different result so do not compare your result with others. 💖

If anyone is still interested if these exercises work or not, they do. The first result will have been seen in a week. I suggest you to do them twice a day(morning/before going to bed). Also do not overdo them! It's always better to wait for better results.

Update: hi sorry i haven't don't any updates. I had to put this on hold because I've been too busy at work and family its nearly impossible for me to have alone time. But I'm going to start the face exercises again. Overall, I think it actually worked. I noticed my chin getting a little more defined, so did my jaw. But maybe because i stopped for a while, my extra skin that creates a double chin isn't reducing so i will work on that. Please keep it up if you are doing this exercise, it's a rly good addition to your daily routine! I've been doing a diet since last week that has helped me lose 2 kg so far so I'm super happy. I'm gonna start doing the facial routine with the diet together. Anyway good luck guys!

I did this for about 3/1 weeks did cardiovascular excercises every morning and calorie deficit.After that i went from 69.8kg to 60.9kg real quick and i had a more visible jawline not as sharp as his tho and my face went slim highly recommend this video if you want to have a defined jawline and slim face.Also drink water everyday about 3 liters to reduce some fat and when you start eating food chew it slowly dont swallow too fast that's what makes you gain weight too...
i was born with a really puffy face and undefined jawline, i hope this works (will post in like 1-2 weeks if i feel any differences to my face)
edit: there were very little results to the workout. my jawline did define a bit though!

I have tried many facial exercises before, however, this one is the one that shows effect. This is VERY effective and I see changes even without doing it every day (although I should keep up with the exercise, sometimes I just didn't make it...)

Been doing this for 2 weeks and it works!! I have always been skinny yet my face was round and always seemed to be puffy.
Recently i started to hit the gym and drink only water and lost about 10kg, yet my face was still chubby. Now my face (especially on camera) seems much more structured and less puffy due to this!
I do this exercise before i sleep and drink one glass of black coffee (or cold brew) without milk or sugar.

day 1: only did it once today as I found this at night. completed it and it definitely hurt. the tongue exercise for me is the worst one yet and there’s no difference. hopefully I will remember to update!
day 2: first time today, I could inly do 10 tongue turns before it started hurting really badly, my throat and jaw definitely aches more so thats good in a way, I’ll probably update on my second time later (forgot)
Day 3: twice today, getting easier to do. definitley improvement!
day 4: twice, yet it hurt like it did the first time. no improvement since day 3
day 5: once today, hurt again but not as bad. A little more improvement since day 4, wouldn’t be noticeable from long distances though. Tongue exercise only hurt on the last 10 seconds!
Update: I forgot to edit this the last few days that I did it. But I stopped on day 8, with the results I was hoping to achieve. If you want to do this I recommend doing it twice a day (once in the morning, once at night) every day for a week or so. My face shape didn’t need much improvement before, but I wanted a sharper jawline and a little less chub on my cheeks and it worked amazingly, sorry if I’ve kept you waiting, I just haven’t been able to of it recently because Christmas was coming up and Ive been busy with presents and staying with family. These workouts will have amazing results no matter what you are trying to achieve with them!

Guys, make sure before you guys do this u also start lowering ur body fat percentage or nothing will change. U can’t lose fat in a specific area but u can lower ur overall body fat, it might be harder if u have face fat genetically bc then that means fat likes to be stored in your face but u can lose the fat by lowering ur overall bodyfat percentage. Do this while doing these face excercise so u can make ur face muscles tighter and make ur face more slim.

I did this exercise for 1 year, and i have huge results, but it is also worth noting that in addition to these facial exercises, I ran 10 km every day. I lost weight from 75 kg to 62 kg.

i did it for 1 week, i already had a nice jaw but my cheeks was like U shape, and now im more V shaped, so i recommend this, maybe for someone it takes longer to see results
also im eating healthy (eggs, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, water, green tea, no sugar, no junk food etc.) and im doing it while washing my face with warm water to avoid pimples from massage exercises (its not necessary tho, because its all depends on your skin)

Hello! I’m going to start doing this and updating daily. My jawline isn’t that bad, but I am definitely looking to slim down my face shape. I will be doing this everyday along with a Daisy Keech workout. I will be drinking tons of water, and watching what I eat.
Day 1✅ (11/30): I finished this workout and I feel fine. The workouts are actually kind of fun. Obviously no results yet. I will be drinking a large glass of water and getting ready for bed.

I have tried soooo many videos vowing to provide the results that Isaac provides. I saw zero results. On a scale of 1 ( super bad ) to 10 ( already looking like Isaac ) I was about a 5 when I started following his regimen.
I am 1 week in and the results have been absolutely astounding ! I hated looking in the mirror before. But now I look and my jawline has become so much more lean and chiseled along with my face. And my double chin is greatly reduced....after just 1week!
I almost can't believe that reflection is me. I do these exercises in the morning and in the evening. Isaac, I thank you for changing my features and in the process making me feel better about myself. I can actually smile when I look at my cheeks, jawline and chin in the mirror now. Thank you, again !!!!

Guys, if you have dry/flakey skin or something even close to that, don't to the masticatory muscle massage, it can severely tear up your skin.
I used to have normal but a little oily, smooth skin, but it was starting to dry, and after I did that massage the 3rd time, I felt my skin stinging and went to wash my face. I woke up tommorow to find my face skin completely destroyed- like it's so dry and flakey, idk if I applied too much pressure or smth, it can be my fault entirely, so I apologize if what I said is not true for others, but I just wanted to say this
So yeah I just skip this massage while doing these exercises, everything else is alright

DAY 1: Did this more than once today, I actually lost count. Maybe 5 times today. Results: My face buuuurned, and I'm positive this is gonna work after that.
DAY 2: I see a difference although it's still the same but definitely not like yesterday~ I've done it 3 times today and my face did show signs of muscle aching but I pushed through. I'm feeling confident with this even if it's the 2nd day!
DAY 3: Done it 3 or 4 times today, still not noticeable, same as yesterday. I’ve had a little cheat day today, had some ice cream and foods containing fat so I’ll cut down on that as well and focus on my diet and see how it goes.
DAY 4: Only did it once today, results are still the same.
DAY 5: Did it 2-3 times today, results, I actually see a change!!! I didn’t realize it for myself at first but my sister told me my face looked a little more slimmer since I naturally have chubby cheeks. This is really working!
DAY 7: I haven't updated this in a while but it definitely DOES WORK. At the 7th day which was last week Sunday, I saw a definite change! Now this whole week i feel more confident with my face. I ate a lot and that's my fault but definitely should try it it works!!😂❤

I've done this exercises for a few months now with some other face exercises. It didn't of course make my jaw bigger but it is much sharper and doesn't blend into my neck like a mush like it used to. These exercises are great we have a lot of muscles in our neck and face we rarely use. The exercises bring out your genetic potential imho.

@@mocho562 After 8 to 10 months it was a big and visible improvement. I've been also paying attention my diet and eating in a caloric deficit, my jaw is popping now. So if you lose weight to make your face shredded, these exercises are the cherry on top. I still do them.

Guess what, actually i though it will never work but yesterday i found out that my double chin slowly reduce and i feel little flat surface on my chin....it is working guys. Im goona keep doing this.
