- Firstly, I would like to apologise for my lack of uploads recently. Within the last few months I have started a new job (distantly related to Kraftwerk!); built a new computer (Ryzen 5800X & RTX 3080 for those interested); and begun converting all my projects to a new DAW, Reaper. I unfortunately do not have as much time to spend on covers as I previously did this summer.
Bowie has always been a huge influence on me, and is one of my favourite artists. I knew I wanted to do a cover of a Bowie song, but it took me a while to work out which one I was going to do first. I know it's different from my usual uploads, but I had a lot of fun recording this one! All of the instruments I recorded myself. I am a bass guitarist at heart, so playing the electric guitar was a little daunting for me! The drums were programmed via Kontakt as I sadly don't own a drumkit anymore, and I am years out of practice!

Thank you! Most of the time I don't really know what I am doing when it comes to mixing. Just press a few buttons, move a few faders and hope for the best!

Thank you! Yes the guitars are all real. It's just the synthesizers and drums that are virtual instruments.
