      Yeah that can be very common. It is probably best to just always replace the pmic for most people, so there is no chance of problems from underfill.

    hi , can i ask something? i have a iphone 12 in its activation lock and i forgot the pass of my icloud and it also wont turn on so the repair guy suggest motherboard transplant for it to turn on, if it is fixed will the activation lock be gone or still occurs?

      No, that won't remove activation lock

    every time i try to lift an a11 cpu i always pull some pads on the logicboard even if apply hot air for long what im doing wrong?

      You need to spread heat very evenly. a11 is the easiest cpu to pull, so it is a good one to practice with.

    What temperature 🌡 did u use when removing the good CPU

      I just use my normal soldering temp (365 or so)
