I did the same thing I refused a breathyler after I crashed into another vehicle. COP said “how much you had to drink?” I said “nothing” anyways it was technically my 2nd offense because I was charged with a DUI on seroquel cause the cops said do you take any medication and I said no and my mom blurted out seroquel. They had me go to a magistrate hearing. I was so afraid of going to jail they I took a plea to CWOF and had to do a program called 24D. Eventually I ended up in jail on a BS law called 58a which allows the state to keep you in jail for 120 days (no bail) because you’re considered dangerous. Jail is terrible but it’s not as bad as I thought it would be. Automatic 90 days or something if you refuse a breath test. I don’t like this state extremely strict gun laws and corrupt system. For my latest cases I had a public defender and he was actually, very good. I don’t drink and drive anymore, one of my cell mates got his 5th DUI and mandatory year in jail and loss of license for life. He was a quiet guy who didn’t snore and we were compatible. I was in there with the bloods who ran that cell block. They mix convicted inmates with those who are just pre trial. I know I’m rambling, but I need to vent this lol I’m an alcoholic but I don’t accept that I got 2 year probation with random drug tests I’m 1 year in.
What was the result of the breath test? She didn't seem intoxicated to me. Though, she did show some poor decision making by agreeing to perform subjectively scored roadside sobriety tests. Most sober people would fail those tests.
Never ever take a Police Officers field test, you can refuse to take it, but you do have to take a breathalyzer test! The other thing is don't ever answer their questions, just give them your driver's license your insurance and your registration to your car and if they start asking you questions tell him you invoke your fifth amendment right to remain silent! That way if they ask you if you've been drinking you don't have to answer it and don't answer it, if you plead the fifth amendment then stick to it don't answer any of their questions! 👍👍👍👍
Cops can't perform the test, but they expect us to. He only went to 3 on the steps. It was supposed to be9 forward and 9 back. That's a 15% accuracy. That's way worse than his victim did.
@@Enoughalready20237 How sure are you about that? DB at least honked. Most cops just no-knock and blast, or worse, plant drugs in your car and take away your freedom for 20 years.

Breathing While Black. If only Black people would stop Breathing While Black we wouldn't have this problem. I have brain injury that makes it impossible to pass a field sobriety test. "We got a call," is the mating call of the corrupt cop. I got DUI in a private parking lot in a mall with several restaurants that serve alcohol, sitting in my cargo area with my tail gate up waiting for an Uber to the Motel 6. The key was stowed in the rear pillar.

This cop has already decided she's drunk the minute he asked her out the car. That's ALWAYS the case, regardless of what they say. Never take these tests. They are only used as evidence to prove you're impaired to the court. Also, lock your car when you get out.
Except the cops found this sneaky way to get around that by holding your door open for you. If you try to shut it I bet you catch a charge like battery on a LEO.
I've been asked to perform one field sobriety test, which I refused. I was then asked to wait for another officer as he was out of mouthpieces for his breathalyser, to which I suggested we go take a blood test instead. I was then free to go, and that officer should be fired if he truly thought I was intoxicated... and if he didn't, he should be fired as well.
I got pulled over by a cop who smelled weed coming from my car and he saw 2 sandwich bags with weed in them. I handed the bags, which previously contained my peanut butter sandwiches and had bread crumbs and peanut butter residue in them, to the cop and told him to make sure the bags made it into evidence. There was no weed, there was no smell. The cop saw the bags and started making 💩 up.

The friend who readily passed the agility test was a competition professional dancer. Even then she had to do a pirouette to fully prove she hadn't been drinking.
Actually that's not entirely true. I got stopped all night traveling very late at night, I believe it was around 4:00 a.m. and I was 100% just tired. I was driving my small camper, and they asked me to step out of the vehicle I did I told him I wouldn't do the field test because I can't but I would take a breathalyzer and or go take a blood test. The unlawful arrest police do need to be treated as armed kidnapping , Charge cops and your going to see a drop in kidnapping by police .
