Smoothie Tip: When you're prepping for the week try using an ice tray or something of that sort and freezing it! All you have to do in the morning is pop em out, put a little liquid and blend! I've been doing this when I prep my daughter's smoothies and it's such a lifesaver in the mornings and it also helps me portion and not make too much lol
Great tip, especially if Kenna plans to continue purchasing them premade!
I have plastic bottles that I pour mine into and pop them in the freezer.. Take them out and let them thaw a little and they are good as new.
I use mason jars to prep for the week and take mine out the day before and add a few cubes of ice to thicken it up before i drink it

I am on a weight loss journey as well and for days with bad weather or I just don't feel like going to the gym I use a mini stepper. Also, as someone who has lost over 100lbs, it’s all about being in a calorie deficit, focusing on whole food like no premade/ packaged food / try not eating out, then moving your body daily, even like 1-2 mile walk a day to start. Don’t forget you’re gorgeous at any size girl!
