Sir, ATS Grand stand, Consient habitat & Habitat Prime ki kya rate or future hai. Rent market. In commercial area / belt in sector. More than 100 acre allocation of commercial area parallel to railway line. Any future plans.

Haryana govt jamidaron ke against hi kam krti h , ek kila (5000) gaj land jitne me aquire krti ,us se mahnga apna 100 gaj ka plot bech deti h .
Yahi reason h ki jamidar / kisan apni Jamin builder ko dena chahta h .us si bhi badi bat delhi me alternate plot to at least milte h taki kisan apna Ghar us chhoti si land pe bana le , haryana me vo bhi nahi h .
Compansation bhi rula rula ke deti h , fir court rulati h ,uske bad jinse payment milti (official concerned jo cheque dete h ) vo bhagate bhi or rulate h .
