I'm a huge fan of the Tbox series, however, this was the worst kaiseki I've ever seen. The wagyu tartar preparation and presentation was disgusting. 10x the amount of truffle that should EVER be used and it had to over power the mild waygu. I did not see one dish that was palatable or presented professionally. What a waste of good beef. And really, what's with showing pouring a beer over and over.
The Brazilian music was unexpected. That's nice to know our music is apreciated in Japan as well :)

Looks like a combination of Korean/Japanese style restaurant as it offers yaki-niku and Korean specialty Yukhoe in one.
