Looks great! But can the customer COOK the appetizers? Not everyone wants to eat rare beef or raw beef. I only like WELL DONE beef regardless of price or quality, they taste especially good well done when they are top quality beef with lots of marbling because they will not toughen up regardless of how cooked through they are. Anything less than Medium Well simply do not taste good to me.
@@JesusChrist-yh4pi What's good about undercooked beef other than it's potentially more tender if it doesn't have enough fat in it? With enough fat, it's tender even when it's well done!
i don't find eating raw meat to be pleasant or sanitary or safe.....and that extremely fat-riddled meat is the kind of meat i usually throw away, because i prefer lean meaty red meat....every culture has different ideas of what to eat and how to do it......the japanese have gone down the path of eating raw flesh which has not been copied in most other cultures............most of the time eating raw flesh risks parasites and various infections, just like drinking untreated water
