Such a good point about avoiding conflict...applies equally to people and places. Danger areas need to be avoided just like unwelcome people. I built a bug out trailer filled with everything I need for whatever might come, whether it’s good or bad I’ll be ready for it. It’s a great way to have everything ready to move for a bad situation and the ability to live normally when things are fine.
As far as bugging out, from someone who lives relatively rurally-the ONLY bugging out I would do, would be vehicle borne. There simply is no way I would walk out, on foot, unless there was absolutely no other choice. My wife wouldnt be able to get far with her asthma, and me, well, I will walk until I drop, and thats useless if we are going together. That being said, we both have packed daypacks with emergency stuff in them. Essentially, they are overnight backpacks, but mine has food for us in it. These are ALWAYS packed. Mine stays in my truck, and I regularly walk with it to keep in shape. Hers, we take it out on weekends to do our walks. Additionally, in my truck, I have a pry bar, a silcock key, a Halligan tool, a hand axe, and a 2 lb sledge hammer. With those tools, I can get through gated areas, clear obstacles, and even get into denied buildings in an emergency. FAR too heavy to carry, but, in the back of the truck, its a non issue.
Thanks so much to have shared your scenario/point of view with me ! I like your strategy for you and your wife, it’s also good to sometime walk with your pack on, it keeps you on fit and ready when the time might comes! Those heavy tools can open a lot of things! Thanks again!
Complimenti Alex! Mi sono segnato quello che hai detto: “La conoscenza non è abilità, la conoscenza più mille volte è abilità.” Questo funziona bene in mille aspetti diversi della vita. Ti seguo!
one thing to note is that a belt does not work as a makeshift tourniquet. an alternative to a tourniquet is a shirt/piece of cloth with a stick through it that you continually twist to tighten. a belt does not tighten hard enough to effectively stop a bleed.
Man. the way you go about explaining this is some of the best ive heard your not just telling us to get useless shit. youre taking into account. . family/group size, location, what seasons your location may experience, telling people dont over do it with medical supplies (especially if you dont know how to use said medical item, youre taking weight into acount as well as how well can you clear an obstacle with said gear (which ive NEVER seen another channel talk about. you even take into account that everyone has different needs for their personal life (ive never even taken that into consideration) as well as space management. this is by far the best BOB video ive seen with genuine advice rather than some dumbass ranting on about what he thinks you MUST have in your kit! im absolutely subscribing! keep it up brother!
After all these years of persona training and different journeys all over the world, i think it's right to me to share what I've seen working and what's not, you know sharing is caring and there's too much "fake knowledge" around that most lead people to buy useless stuff or to make the "wrong priority list" for our survivability. I just want to be useful as much as I can and share what really works and put some light on things most of people don't talk about, thank you so much for your words, i will keep doing my best and there's more aspects to cover, we are gonna dig deeper, all together. thanks sop much for your support, it means a lot to me!
Congratulations for your channel...doing something is much better than doing nothing, because in this age the shtf could fall on us in any moment. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Saluti dal Belgio 👍
Thanks, i agree with the basic rubberised work gloves. I keep a pair in my pocket. I live in one of the highest rated bush fire areas of Australia, a full face gas mask with oxygen would be very realistic for me to have
Good and practical. I work in the city, live in the suburbs and have a cabin in country for weekends. I’ve actually walked out of my city when we got hit with the illustrious Snowmageddon back in 2014. The city gridlocked and people were stuck on the free way for days. It’s funny now but a wake up call at how quickly everything can go to shit. I keep a bug out bag. Lightweight and practical. The big difference is I keep a bug net in summer months as the skeeters can be horrendous. And a pistol and LMNT salt and mineral packets. It’s about 18 miles from the city to my house. Don’t need a full on expedition pack. Basically weather protection, socks, first aid
For self defense you can always (depending on your country) legally carry a bow, crossbow (especially a Steambow Stinger), harpoon (Scuba Ringer). These things should be legal in most of Europe but can certainly be used to defend yourself.
New subscriber here. I agree with you 100% on fitness being a top priority for bugging out. And taking non a lethal approach. Along with most importantly train with your pack. What good is 50+ pounds of gear if you can’t carry it. All you are is a walking gear bag free for the taking. Now, if you’re bugging out with kids and your wife etc. please carry a gun get training on how to use it etc. God forbid you are in a situation and you can’t protect them from predators/monsters. It’s different from going the non lethal route if you’re single but if you have a family… remember we are their protectors! Anyway, love the video looking forward for more. God bless you and your family. And pray our B.O.B would never have to be used.
I couldn’t agree with you more! And Yes , despite I live in a country where we can’t carry a gun I doesn’t mean that if some very extreme happen I wouldn’t have one with me 👍 we just need to hope that our Bob will stay unused as much as possible 🙏🏻
I've watched again the video, and I stay admirative that all you stuff can be inside a 30L bag ! Before my bag was 70L and was too much heavy, so I'm gone for a 50L Now, mine is 46-50L (camelback BFM Futura) and it's completely full with few stuff : Main pounch : - Carinthia Troper - Snugpak Liner - Optimus Crux Weekend - Small hammock Side pounch : - Tarp (3x3) Side pounch : - Snugpak Poncho Front pounch : - External battery - Knife, cords, Very small side pounch : - front light + compass and I still search place for trauma kit .... and place for secondary clothes (under vacuum)
Thanks so much, I takes time and of course , mine is a very minimalistc idea and the sleep part of it is not going to be the most comfortable 🤷🏻 but I can accept that.
I just found your channel and after watching this video, let me tell you, it is FANTASTIC! I have already subscribed. You realistically cover a wide variety of situations and lay out countermeasures clearly and forcefully. Congratulations!
Thanks so much! Guns can be helpful but they have a lot of down sides, they can jam, hard to find replacement parts, they make a lot of noise and the list goes on 🤙🏻
One thing that doesn't really get brought up much when it comes to building a BOB bag or prepping is the items that you carry with you on a day-to-day basis. It's kind of like how they say that the best survival knife is the one that you have on you. But that doesn't just apply to knives it also applies to having some basic first aid supplies on you, a method of starting a fire, a multi-tool, etc. Plus if you EDC certain items like in my case a fixed blade knife and a multi-tool well then you can take those items out of your BOB and decrease the weight.
Your kit is absolutely well thought through ! I like in particular the choice of bag… I would definitely add the abseiling kit (there are some thinner abseiling rated ropes out there by the way). You might not be able to leave the building you are in or mountain you are on, via the same route you came in, a rope and an ad hoc harness gives you options. In addition, I would add a compact way to saw through metal effectively. I know you’ve got a great lock picking kit, but the ability to make SURE you can access “out of immediate reach” ressources is in my opinion crucial (for example getting out of dodge on a mountain bike, is in most cases preferable than on foot)
Great video! I like your approach. I recommend also the H2Go water purification device, and data cards from CanaProvisions in the US. Also, if you intend to avoid people, consider either a non tactical night vision binocular, or thermal monocular paired with regular binoculars.
I sliced my knuckle open and had to splint my finger for it to heal. I used a pop sickle stick, but ordered actual finger splints afterward. Great video as usual. 💪🏼
Sounds a bit crazy but I learned this from a Military buddy. If you're ever being tracked by a group and there is a faster guy that separates from his group.. take his head with you because when the group comes across his body it will mentally mess with them and not make the 2nd fastest guy break from the group. Godspeed
Really interesting, adressing some issues others dont mention but drown you with gear. Get fit, and thats the matter of life and dead. Plain and simple. So no way around to build multiple themed loadouts. Glad to subscribe to you, keep it true and honest, i like it very much. Greetings from Germany to Italia🙋🏻♂️
Hi there! Thanks so much! Trying hard to be helpful and speak about what to me is really important to give value to the knowledge we achieve and the gear we choose 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I'll suggest you to switch to some cut resistant rubberized gloves, they are pretty cheap (10 euros or less ) and they provide better protectection to your hands in case you touch something sharp
It’s a great pack for sure, quite hard to find it in my country thought plus too tactical for my idea I wanted to share plus I wanted to find a pack with good quality but cheaper for my. Viewers , hope you understand 🙏🏻 Again, the Mistery ranch a blitz 30 is an amazing pack !
Keep in mind as well that “physically fit” will change as we age. If the SHTF situation becomes long-term, it will be important to have some knowledge that will make you valuable to keep around, otherwise we all become a liability at some point. It’s fun to fantasize about SHTF when you are from roughly 17-50 years old.
In a survival situation where a gas mask is required, it is best to shave off your beard so that there can be a complete seal around your face. Otherwise, the slightest gap between the mask and your face can have fatal results. I have worn gas masks for extended periods of time, and I have noticed how a small gap can make you smell odors that you would not notice with a properly sealed mask.
I can hike for a decent clip, but due to back and knees, running is a no go, besides maybe a small sprint. I'll have to rely on walking at a fast pace, blending in, and weapons. 😢
I wouldn't carry a half face gas mask unless you have sealed goggles to go with it, most things that a gas mask are needed for would greatly effect the eyes as well.
I have moved to Utah USA recently and I am glad I can across this video because the weather here gets extremely hot and extremely cold. I am only worried about how expensive these high quality items are but I will buy them little my little. Still, there is an overwhelming amount of videos saying “buy this or but that”. So far, you are the first one to be realistic. Would you recommend flat my first emergency kit be Bug-in or Bug-out? I live about 30 mins walk from the mountains and 10 mins from urban
There’s always something useful based on what you can afford . It took me almost 20 years to get all the gear I have now and mostly the gear you buy always has to go with the knowledge you achieve. Please Feel free to send me an email at alexwandertpw@gmail.com , glad to be helpful 🤙🏻
The only thing about black it will stand out in an environment, just like soldiers full auto black guns that's why they paint them. Food for thought. I'd get some paint green, tan, brown and get some leaves and paint the bag like a hunters bag something simple. I always think of parkour :) do ruck walks with backpack and lighten the load until you can carry the full load and do a little running and jump over things. :) I really like the bags though! Path finder nice looking.
Great vid as always👍🏻 I would also like to add a gas mask, mechanics style medium sized pry bar, and possibly something for a perimeter alarm to a bug out, get home, or assault pack(due to costs for now my essential items are transferred quickly from one type of pack to the next depending on the situation). I also have an elevator key, the odds of me needing it to escape a building are slim but could be great for a safe place to sleep or hide in an urban area with no power.
@@tennesseeterri I bought my elevator key off of Amazon, $10-12 if I remember right. Wouldn’t be that hard to make one either if you have the tools and time
Great video! Completely agree that the equipment should be variable depending on your surroundings as well as if you are alone or have people depending on you. I would add the pry bar and a ham radio or two in case of bugging out in a small group. Keep the content coming and greetings from Portugal 🇵🇹
For physical training you don't actually need to do much. Just make sure your cardio is in check. Start out doing 10k steps a day every day for a month. then do 10k steps a day whilst Rucking. Strengthen your back, your posture and preps your legs. Great for the heart too. You don't need to be a gym king or be able to run a marathon for the physicality side of things.
You're right about the environment. Different environments require different things. BUT CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN ? ( Answer No, you can't ) Therefore, you have to be prepared at all times for all seasons & weather. Because you have to be ready at a moment in order to go. You won't generally have time to make the modifications to your pack. You have to grab it and go with way it is. SO YOU MUST READY FOR ALL SEASONS & WEATHER ALL THE TIME. To deny this simple fact and incorporate it into your system. Defeats the point of having a system. BECAUSE THEN YOU'RE NOT READY ! A prime example of this. Would be something happens? You have no time to make changes to your pack. You just have to go. You grab your pack and go. You're fine for the season in the weather that you are in currently. But then things do not get better as you hope within a certain time frame. The seasons begin to change. YOU NOW DON'T HAVE WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE COLD. Are you going to freeze to death. Because you did not prepare properly. If so. Then what was the point of all this to begin with it was all for nothing.
I partially agree with you, I mean we definitely need to be always prepared and we we enough aware and knowledge we also have time to reajust, I mean with my kit that I've build up for my BOB or Bug In pack I could be also ready if it would get cold, because with my knowledge on fire making, I could stay ok even in a very cold environment without carry a full winter kit and in my case we are in a full summer season so it's gonna take at least 3 month before i need to start worrying about cold, so I have time to find things around that I might not have 🤷🏻 Thanks for sharing your thoughts , truly honored!!!!🔥
This is one of the better BOB videos I’ve seen. Really great use of show-don’t-tell. I’ve seen so many videos where it’s a talking head pulling item after item out of their bag. Though the selection shown here doesn’t vary from those but much much MUCH better presented. One small criticism- your audio: the echo is distracting and the volume level is low. When an ad interrupts you, it’s deafening. Overall good production.
Thanks so much for your thoughts! I’ve used a secondary microphone for this video that I found out wasn’t right for the place I was recording, my fault . It won’t happen again 🙏🏻
Nice you didn't disappoint with this video. As far as extra included gear I agree a prybar is invaluable (maybe a hammer/prybar/multi tool). I live in multi level apartments so an escape setup is great. 1 thing, in America Portland OR where I'm located, our riots in the last years has proven personal protection is a must. The riots included gas from Police forces and pepper/chem spray and bludgeoning weapons from civilians trying to hurt you. I would possibly look into a full face gas mask to combat chemical encounters to protect the eyes. I keep $200 in $20 bills for cash purchases or bribes. It weighs nothing but could facilitate a lot of things.
Thanks so much! Living in a multilevel building building is tricky , at What level do you live? Just curious, have you have considered a rappelling escape kit? Riots in those areas are a true thing maybe a full also Would be the best choice for you 👍 thanks so much for sharing your experience!
In some cases I would carry the pry bar. When I am visiting California I have one in my get home bag. Not too worried about it in my home state.... mostly rural south eastern United States.
I'm on the second floor. I could make the jump but probably hurt myself or my wife would. We e looked at escape ladders for 2-3 floors after an elderly neighbor burned her kitchen pretty bad
I always prefer to bug in. Bug out is a last resource. I live in the netherlands so i have to think about water floods as well. But another question. Can you make a video about this set up how you pack you bag? Think about how fast you need some gear and catagorize some gear. Thats the only thing i can struggle with sometimes. Hope you can help. Greetings from the netherlands
you need 20 lbs of armor, guns, ammo, night vision, batteries, solar charger, helmet, counterweight for the NODS and 8 lbs of food and water. The total weight needs to be held to 45 lbs, or you can't run and gun with it. Even just that much weight will require you to be Olympically fit. There will be no supply sergeant to replace it if you drop it to fight. It'll just be gone and you'll die without it. So you have to hold everything else down to 17 lbs. Almost nobody knows how to do this and still be ok at, say, 34F degrees, in wind and rain, an all to common set of conditions. You must include the weight of any clothing beyond trail runner shoes, cammies and cap. as part of the BOB. So you dont get to cheat and have another 6 lbs of boots, longjohns, sweats, heavy coat with hood, etc, unless you add it to your pack weight, cause you still have to CARRY it. Yes, I DO know that you can foot-slog along with 65 lbs, with your head up your butt, not noticing stuff that's going to kill you.
Pretty muscle vs. Functional muscle! Great stuff! If I could give you more than one "thumbs up" I would! For defense, consider adding a walking stick or bamboo cane (you can use it to walk, fight, or as a stick to carry a sacks like a "hobo stick") Also, add a length of solid rope (thicker than paracord) like 1/2" thick nylon rope cut to just under 3ft (1meter) in length and tie knots at both ends. I've trained in using a garrotte in both self defense and combat and there are plenty of videos on the internet that can get you started learning to use a garrotte in a fight
@@AlexWander You are welcome brother. Oh, and best way to carry a garrotte in public is to put it through the belt loops of your pants, on top of your belt (if you wear a leather belt it will be easier and faster to deploy the garrotte when it's needed since leather is inherently smooth and non-binding which is why a lot of motorcycle riders wear leather and no one liked road rash after a crash) Stay strong adventurer!
If there are other people, family, kids, whatever, they have to carry their own stuff!... At that point life has changed. They have to step up in order to survive. Yes, I know this is harsh. But at that point life has become harsh. A harsh life dictates a harsh reality check. Women, children, old or young people. No exceptions! Yes, you did. What you can do to help them. But at that point. The world has changed and you have to change. YOU GOT TO DO WHAT YOU GOT TO DO.
Sorry i fully respect your point of view but I don’t much agree with it. It sounds to me like a Lone Wolf type of mindset. To me stronger people help weaker people in order to create a strong community , honestly I feel more a sheepdog than a wolf 🙏🏻
You have alot of landscapes in your video... What country are you , presenting from Alex ? 3:14....You nailed it, when it comes to the First Aspect of Bugging out in an emergency. Hello there! Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts! Our condition will dictate our future strategies m, there’s not on one right way to do things 🙏🏻 I’m from Italy! 🔥
Appreciate your work. Every Ukrainian has forcibly become a BOB expert in some way. Unfortunately, I myself had to use my skills and knowledge on survival during the early stages of the full-scale invasion.
I would pack the rope, nit the pry bar that big. If you need a bar, I'd opt for a smaller one. I would pass on the ham radio. I tried one. It's not worth it. Even tried getting in touch with a local group, still not good. I like the water filter, never saw that. I'll be getting one. I agree running jumping and climbing are the best evasion options. 2A is a last option. Gray man is always best option. The way to win 100% of any fight or armed conflicts is to stay out of it. Every fight I stay out of, I win. Any fight I got into, I was at least in pain, even if I won. Not worth it. Avoid any fight you can.
Hi Alex, That is a great video. Tell me, what do you think about the Savotta Kahakka 25l as the BOB ? Good pretender or to tactical? You do fantastic content. Best regards from France
According to your personal situation/life/environment you live in, would you rather Bug in or Bug Out?

Thanks again!

one thing to note is that a belt does not work as a makeshift tourniquet. an alternative to a tourniquet is a shirt/piece of cloth with a stick through it that you continually twist to tighten. a belt does not tighten hard enough to effectively stop a bleed.
Man. the way you go about explaining this is some of the best ive heard your not just telling us to get useless shit. youre taking into account. . family/group size, location, what seasons your location may experience, telling people dont over do it with medical supplies (especially if you dont know how to use said medical item, youre taking weight into acount as well as how well can you clear an obstacle with said gear (which ive NEVER seen another channel talk about. you even take into account that everyone has different needs for their personal life (ive never even taken that into consideration) as well as space management. this is by far the best BOB video ive seen with genuine advice rather than some dumbass ranting on about what he thinks you MUST have in your kit! im absolutely subscribing! keep it up brother!
Thanks for the video.

Basically weather protection, socks, first aid
thanks so much for sharing your experience!
thank you very much for your video
Thank you for your support!
For self defense you can always (depending on your country) legally carry a bow, crossbow (especially a Steambow Stinger), harpoon (Scuba Ringer). These things should be legal in most of Europe but can certainly be used to defend yourself.
Thanks so much for your hints! I will definitely check them out and see what law says in my country, thanks for sharing!
Great Kit and Your Thoughts , spare Batteries need the + taped to keep them from discharging and put in waterproof sack .
Thanks so much! About batteries, you are definitely right, thanks for sharing!
I've watched again the video, and I stay admirative that all you stuff can be inside a 30L bag !
Before my bag was 70L and was too much heavy, so I'm gone for a 50L
Now, mine is 46-50L (camelback BFM Futura) and it's completely full with few stuff :
Main pounch :
- Carinthia Troper
- Snugpak Liner
- Optimus Crux Weekend
- Small hammock
Side pounch :
- Tarp (3x3)
Side pounch :
- Snugpak Poncho
Front pounch :
- External battery
- Knife, cords,
Very small side pounch :
- front light + compass
and I still search place for trauma kit .... and place for secondary clothes (under vacuum)
Thanks so much, I takes time and of course , mine is a very minimalistc idea and the sleep part of it is not going to be the most comfortable 🤷🏻 but I can accept that.

thank you. I love the no nonsense approach. so much differtent than the USA preppers. They always talk about a big gun.
Of course your EDC whatever yoour EDC is will Complement your GHB or your BOB, that's for sure 👍
I would Carry the clawbar, no doubt. Great video as usual. Thanks for the great ideas. Eres grande compañero
Muchas gracias Amigo!!🙏🏻🔥
Truly like the aspects you have highlighted! Thanks so much for sharing them! 🤙🏻
Great video! I like your approach. I recommend also the H2Go water purification device, and data cards from CanaProvisions in the US. Also, if you intend to avoid people, consider either a non tactical night vision binocular, or thermal monocular paired with regular binoculars.
Thank you for your precious hints! Truly appreciated! 🙏🏻
I sliced my knuckle open and had to splint my finger for it to heal. I used a pop sickle stick, but ordered actual finger splints afterward. Great video as usual. 💪🏼
Thanks so much and thanks for sharing your experience!
Sounds a bit crazy but I learned this from a Military buddy. If you're ever being tracked by a group and there is a faster guy that separates from his group.. take his head with you because when the group comes across his body it will mentally mess with them and not make the 2nd fastest guy break from the group. Godspeed
That something that could works 👍 thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for the suggestion!!
You need eye protection from CS gas as well as lungs. I suggest as a low budget item, some swim goggles.
Agreed , I lately got a pair of professional sealed goggles for protecting my eyes! Thanks for sharing!🙏🏻
Great video! Interesting to see how different our kits are due to geographical locations. Keep up the great work!

Get the Black Mystery Ranch blitz 30 or 35. 35 have expanding storage on top. All zippers are PU coated
Physical fit? Welp…. There goes 70% of the keyboard warriors
Being on fit is fundamental for sure 👍
Agreed
My biggest prep is working out 2x a day and 48-hr fasting once a week.
Learn to eat less. And keep your body physically fit.
Best prep IMHO
Keep in mind as well that “physically fit” will change as we age. If the SHTF situation becomes long-term, it will be important to have some knowledge that will make you valuable to keep around, otherwise we all become a liability at some point. It’s fun to fantasize about SHTF when you are from roughly 17-50 years old.

New subscriber. I've been setting bags up for years, great set up you got.
Thanks for your support! Glad to be helpful 🔥
I couldn’t agree with you more!👍👍👍👍
I can hike for a decent clip, but due to back and knees, running is a no go, besides maybe a small sprint. I'll have to rely on walking at a fast pace, blending in, and weapons. 😢
We all need to tailor our plan according to our possibilities, there’s not only one solution to the problem 🙏🏻👍
Great video. Thanks.
Thank you!!!!
Get off the X. Regroup at the safe house. Decide to activate your SHTF plan of action. Big in or Bug out.
Crystal clear! I agree , thanks for sharing!!!🏴☠️🔥
Good practical advice.

Thanks so much!!!!
I wouldn't carry a half face gas mask unless you have sealed goggles to go with it, most things that a gas mask are needed for would greatly effect the eyes as well.
You are definitely right, I’ve ordered some sealed googles a week ago to protect myself better 👍
Please
Feel free to send me an email at alexwandertpw@gmail.com , glad to be helpful 🤙🏻
About the colors,
You are definitely right 🤙🏻 Parkour is a great discipline ! Thanks for sharing!
The elevator thing is a very smart strategy, thanks for sharing your point of view, truly helpful!🙏🏻🤙🏻
Where do you get the key?
I think you can buy those key even in Amazon these days .
@@tennesseeterri I bought my elevator key off of Amazon, $10-12 if I remember right. Wouldn’t be that hard to make one either if you have the tools and time
Thank you
Fitness. Good point. Most of the EDC community would get out of breath running for a bus.

Completely agree that the equipment should be variable depending on your surroundings as well as if you are alone or have people depending on you. I would add the pry bar and a ham radio or two in case of bugging out in a small group.
Keep the content coming and greetings from Portugal 🇵🇹
I couldn’t agree with you more! Thanks man, truly honored!
Your Knowledge is a realistic as a go bag

Man you know, i'm looking for a good and great monocular, i'll be waiting for your video about it!

As long as you are able to carry your stuff during all the basic primitive and instinctive movements you are
Good to go 👍
You're right about the environment.
Riots in those areas are a true thing maybe a full also
Would be the best choice for you 👍 thanks so much for sharing your experience!
Tactical ladders are a good option , a bit of training is needed ! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Another great one. Thank you
Thanks again!
I willl definitely make a video on how I organize my packs and yes Bug in is always the first best choice ! Thanks for sharing!
@@AlexWander i can’t wait to see the video
Great video sir. I loved the intro.
Thanks so much!🔥
you need 20 lbs of armor, guns, ammo, night vision, batteries, solar charger, helmet, counterweight for the NODS and 8 lbs of food and water.
Way to go brother. Great share on tips and preparedness.
Thanks so much brother!
Very good content
Thanks so much!
Pretty muscle vs. Functional muscle! Great stuff! If I could give you more than one "thumbs up" I would!
For defense, consider adding a walking stick or bamboo cane (you can use it to walk, fight, or as a stick to carry a sacks like a "hobo stick")
Also, add a length of solid rope (thicker than paracord) like 1/2" thick nylon rope cut to just under 3ft (1meter) in length and tie knots at both ends. I've trained in using a garrotte in both self defense and combat and there are plenty of videos on the internet that can get you started learning to use a garrotte in a fight
Thanks so much for your amazing advices! I will definitely go deeper into them, thanks for sharing! Truly honored!

Hello there! Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts! Our condition will dictate our future strategies m, there’s not on one right way to do things 🙏🏻 I’m from Italy! 🔥
If you carry a respirator should you not consider eyepro to work alongside it ?
Most chemical agents effect eyes as much as the Respiratory system
You’re right I actually have a Wiley X ballistic eyeglasses that I often have with me and they would work well the Mira safety gas mask 👍
Appreciate your work. Every Ukrainian has forcibly become a BOB expert in some way. Unfortunately, I myself had to use my skills and knowledge on survival during the early stages of the full-scale invasion.
I’m so sorry for what’s happening to you and your country …. I wish you all the best 🙏🏻🔥
I couldn’t agree with you more! About the pry bar nots sure if a smaller version would be that useful, need to try one out!
Excellent and meaningful advice Alex !
