Oh, I’ve had her pho style before. I lived with a Cambodian family for a couple years in the past learned how to make all kinds of dishes. Boklahong, Khmer pho and lots of other stuff! Steak and dip is my fav. I’ve made it on my channel before too 😊
I have actually gotten the stuff in my eye playing fear factor with my daughter’s cheerleading team years ago and it was awful took 30 minutes to get burning to stop. Need less to say game was over and the girls finished the sleep over with a mom down 😂😂😅

Bokchoy? Wash them really good. Slice them in half or bite size pieces. Sauté them in garlic and olive oil with a pinch of sea salt. If you have mushrooms seasoning I’d add some of that instead. That’s my favorite way to eat them 😊
