I have a question. So is the world that us, the player is being plucked from a different world than the one the piglins are Invading ? Like perhaps a different, separate overworked ? And if so does this mean that it's another universe then ?
It appears so, there’s the classic Minecraft world, and then there’s this alternate one where all the mobs of the overworld have had some kind of harmony going on.
They're probably all different universes, and since the hosts were able to take the player from the original minecraft means they possibly oversee the different universes

I Love The Detail That When The One Of The Gods Says "will you help us" Steve Does The Peace Sign (shift shift shift)
He even Brings his Diamond Sword with him, Your Diamond Sword is your Primary Weapon that you can use to Hack & Slash against the Weak & Puny Enemies.
The fact that the player has a diamond pickaxe in this scene, yet can't damage structures in Legends is very frustrating.
I loved that part, where they go to the world of original Minecraft to get the player from there.
