I feel like you should just reach out to people that you want to do a video with. Worst case they don't answer or say no. I've seen smaller channels feature bigger creators before. Also, I think telling people you found someone else might be better than "no, I don't want to do it with you" lol. If you found someone else, you found someone else, nothing personal.
