These women are bold enough to be the upcoming pilots, they must be encouraged since they stand inspiration to the other women. Their professionalasim must be encouraged by the men and families at large.
Women Pilots in India especially those holding Commercial Pilot Licenses in Civil Aviation need to find adequate representation holding collaborative discussions with the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation and Federation of Indian Pilots. They need to be encouraged to become pilot trainers and senior flight instructors as well as CEO's of future airlines. Pilot centric perspectives of women pilots in Indian Civil Aviation will shape future policy implementation.
