Cold calling scares me but I feel this is the only way to succeed. I found Jackie searching on RUclips and love her energy and the way she explains things. Success stories are always inspirational and motivating. You just have to get a good script and then start calling. It's a numbers game (all sales are). If you call or knock on enough doors, you will get business. And the more you do it the better you'll get and the fewer doors/call you'll need to make to get the business. Just keep going! Don't let the rejections bother you.
As a new agent I felt this video was extremely helpful. My biggest takeaway was that so few people are willing to do this which means the competition for calling isn’t high and increases my chances of booking an appointment. This is exciting! I can’t wait to see how many closings George gets in a year. Keep crushing it! Congrats! 🎉

He is new, low key....natural...most importantly he's clean inside wide open to receiveJK and follow verbatim JK's instruction along with his own sincere genuine down to earth trustworthy personality (took decades to build maybe?)...he is so real! unlike others....particularly real estate agents and car sales who only go after the $ and #……I would list with him....likeable person!🎉🎉🎉

As new agents are hungry for examples of real world interactions, these things are important to fully inform those looking to get into real estate. It felt like a coaching infomercial more than anything. Not taking away from her skills as a good coach. Just a viewpoint from an aspiring agent.

For the expired that you can’t contact or don’t expire right away do you put them on a mailing list and mail them consistently?
