No this is not nihilism. Nihilism is an attitude a person has to him and the universe. Here is said, there is no person with an attitude. The nihilistic person sais, there is only nothing. The nondualistic person sais, there is only what is. And so everything has its value, although it is only an appearance, because even that appearance is totality. And so on 😅
