Young, attractive and vivacious Joyce Vincent died in her bedsit in North London in 2003. With the television and heater still on, she was surrounded by half-wrapped Christmas presents.
In 2006, the British press reported on Joyce's death: she was discovered in a north London council flat some three years after she had died.
But who was Joyce? And how was it possible that no-one noticed her disappearance?
