See the way your harness goes up over your shoulders then drops down to your anchor point? That's no good. My friend, whether it's a three point harness or a racing harness, the anchor point needs to above your shoulders, not below. What happens in accident if your anchor point is below your shoulders is a downward force is created which ends up breaking your collar bones.
