The "I think he left his wife" and "I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHO'S DRIVING A BLACK MITSUBISHI" make this such a vivid song. They should've developed a D12 sitcom.
Biggest surprise finding out he’s a gun aficionado, hasn’t come up in all the videos I’ve seen. Let’s get him to react to Keanu gun training for John Wick
this song holds a special place in my memory, because the first time i heard it, i was in the back of my uncle's car it was late at night, and he ended up getting pulled over. i don't remember why he was pulled over, but i was only 9 years old lol my mom was not happy that we listened to the encore album lol
This song is a dramatic recreation of actual events that took place at St.Andrews Hall in Detroit michigan around 2000, possibly 1999. Fun fact the Basement at St. ANDREWS was the setting of 8 mile. Huge Detroit hip hop spot back when Detroit was the murder capital and shoot outs downtown were common af. I actually met Swift from D12 there at a Pharcyde concert.
Only few lyrics that got a laugh outta me when the dude saying "I told Ill be right back and the dumb b!+ch believed me." And when Em says "I never seen Bizarre run that fast in my life."
Omg I was just thinking I’d love to hear you listen to this one! I just recently started listening to your reviews and reactions because I’m learning so much and getting a better appreciation for music. Thank you so much for your hard work in these videos!
in the clean version most of the vocals are missing and the word shot is removed so when he says it you only hear the sound of the shooting, which is ironic.
I love how this song, and a bunch of songs, uses that sound effect and says "that's the sound of the glock". No it isn't. That pistol had a hammer, that was a revolver. Glock's, all of them, don't have hammers. AT most you might claim that was a single action of some kind, but they don't click that much. But it sounds cool, so we go with it. But knowing guns, it just kinda makes me laugh.
I’ve heard this song hundreds of times and just now realized it’s a double on gun violence from the perspective of the victims and shooter and ultimately realizing that they are both from the same group
A glock is one of those weapons that's relatively inexpensive for its level of quality and has a reputation of just getting the job done. If I lived somewhere where it were legal for me to carry a firearm for self defence, it would be on my list of weapons to consider. Sure, it's kinda boring, but boring is not a bad thing when it comes to self defence tools.
I live in Maine. Open carry, etc… I don’t see many glocks. Probably 60% smith and Wesson, SIG if you got the loot, colt for the cowboys, and rugers if you want it to work every time
@@MrLboydReacts It's so good. I used to try and edc an G23C. The helcat is so much better. Even My XD's are nice. I only got into Springfield because of a pretentious local dealer. I literally purchased my first one from a hardware store because of him. Haven't looked back.
Damn man I didn’t know you had so many guns. Deff surport that! You should make a video of you showing them and talking about them maybe teaching viewers about that. If you would be comfortable doing that
Random input on Glock vs other handguns: It's the angle of the handle. Many modern handgun makers feel the 1911 got it right and keep that angle. Glock is more swept back taking the angle from old WW2 Mauser "broom handle" pistols. It seems that a lot of it comes down to comfort and what you learned on.
Your summation of the song at 10:19 was *Hilarious!!* (and let's be honest, true too.) I'm happy you did this one. I wish you'd do Hopsin - Bout the Business
for some reason the gun shots are in the song must of been real his tire got shot. all i wanna know who was driving the black Mitsubishi. lmao fmj. not velocity and reality of a bullet’s impact. 10/10 leavem
I think that "My AK a'int even tucked" line refeers too his alias like: "My As Known a'int even tucked" like his always prepared for anything .. i don't know. Maybe I'm trippin'
Glock is only praised for its full auto mods/offerings in these circles. Just dump a ridiculous amount of lead, real fast.... And I agree with the AKs. Their operational accuracy (not bullet accuracy) is way to high to be normal.
Dude glock is popular because reliability and customization nothing to do with full auto most people who even own guns think they're illegal (which in the case of glocks are unless ur an SOT) and most people who even have guns won't ever shoot a full auto. Glocks are just good guns they don't look the best stock but it works.
@@dobber43 OK, let me clarify. The people who aren't responsible gun owners more likely than not feel the way I proposed. When we are talking guns in rap songs, high percentage they aren't responsible gun owners.
@@Hexavolt in those circles u get what u can usually since they're illegally acquired and thinking that they pick glock for full auto mods is ridiculous when they pick 22s and 38s if they knew enough to mod guns they wouldn't be buying that stuff
Glock is nice. Carry a 19x in the winter. Aftermarket sights and trigger. The M&P Shield + is my choice though. They're both great guns but if I could only have one, it'd be the Shield. just such a great package, stock.
For anyone wanting to know if kon artists is shoot a .50 de. Yes if you could all the shots he takes he shoots the bouncer then one two three more thats 4 and then he just continues shooting 3 more times until he runs out of ammo which is 7 and only a .50 de holds 7
I just have a Savage 1917 .32cal . Holds 10+1 , but it's all steel and HEAVY. They were made from 1920 to 1929. This track reminds me of Pistol, Pistol on the first D12 album and also My Buddy by G-Unit.
I think it’s not commonly know especially with the song “darkness” but Eminem absolutely loves/loved guns. I don’t know if he’s still got a collection or decided like… “yno I’ve always got like a security team round me anyways, nobody’s gunna shoot me n they got guns”

And ARs > AKs That said, Devils Night, American Psycho (1 and 2), and How Come are all amazing D12 songs
I completely forgot about this song ,it reminds me of the early dutch rap from Ossorp Posse . Specifically the song Moordenaars (Murderers) as in one os the 3 verses the main character of the story goes to a club and it ends up in a shooting. It's all hypothetical and for the love of hiphop but for obvious reasons the songs didn't get airplay (and actually they still don't) although they were the first dutch rappers (and yes they were white guys).
I absolutely despise the feel of a glock in my hand. The grip is just way too square shaped. I can say however that I absolutely love my Ruger LC9 w/laser site. Especially being a woman with smaller hands. And for use with my conceal carry permit. Although to be fair, my Baby Desert Eagle 9mm is lovely because the weight of it means virtually no kick whatsoever. As for long guns, I'm a stereotypical wimpy girl (girl, 45-year-old woman, same difference whatever lol) I was dumb enough to let someone trick me into firing a 50 cal once... ONCE. And I'm almost even too wimpy for my 20 gauge (but that doesn't stop me from having it ready to go for home defense. Since unlike full metal jacket rounds, buckshot ain't gonna accidentally shoot through a wall and hit an unintentional target. Other than that, hubby took the AR-15 when I kicked him out, but I kept my Yugo SKS (say what you will, but I know that SKS is going to continue to operate regardless of how many times it gets dropped in the mud etc, as opposed to the AR-15 that'll cop attitude if you fail to clean it properly after each use 😂 Oh & I also have a Walther P-22 that's just plain fun to take to the range (and not coincidentally, much cheaper to run a fee hundred rounds through than the rest of my collection lol)
This song is pretty underrated. I like how each verse you can actually see everything like a movie. Not many rap groups can do that
