I know that slow motion doesn't tell the story, but in this case it does corroborate the ref's call. Apithy actually looks more like he's committing to an attack before Szilagyi. Szilagyi does get the hand out first, but Apithy's whole body is shifted forwards.
@@status9459Milenchev seems intent on changing that. Pretty much every ref calls reprise as in the video - doesn't matter what your arm does so long as you're the one to take that first step forward. In the Gold medal bout in Seoul recently, Milenchev called Oh for preparation on the reprise (I.e. Oh restarted his attack first but with his arm back and reprise was given to Bazadze on the arm) Will be interesting to see if in future other refs are instructed to do the same or if Milenchev will be an outlier

apithys feet move first therefore his point. that is how reprise works

i am very late, but it's quite clearly reprise from Apithy, i don't see why you could be complaining
