Total of -4 + 0.66 - 1 + 0.33 is -4 SP per turn with sunday LC. Bronya LC makes it a bit better but not enough to make up for -4 SP per turn. It's SP positive in the video because the guy is in the training area, which instantly restores Sparkle ult after every skill. Normally, it's impossible to get even a 2 turn rotation, let alone a 1 turn rotation.

if you go to jarilo VI and go to the fighting club place and go to the punching bag (you can find a tut on yt) you will enter the fight with all those guards. In the battle if u use a skill it usually gives you max energy. It’s not a cheat or a private server.
This is a minigame u can play in belebog in the boxing thing there is a sack and that sack gets u to this fight and in this fight a skill gives u full energy
After doing the belobog boxing event, you will obtain a manual on what moves you do to a punching bag to enter this specific battle. Every skill you do will charge Ult to 100% so you can "train" or test your comps this way.
