This is the worst audiobook i've ever listened to! Every chapter begins with unnecessary information about the narration service, and voiced by a different person. I wonder if the other Libravox audiobooks are this bad!
someone should rank the chapters by how irritating the voices are. i couldnt make it past the beginning of chapter four because every other person who has the time to do this is british and takes their accent too seriously i guess. anyway this was enough to make me actually read the book on my own, because if i had listened through all ten years of this escapade in ear torture i would have gone insane enough to write something as boring as this lame piece of work. no hate against stephen crane, however you pronounce that; the first two chapters lady would have you think its staphen, and that the kids were farting instead of fighting, but i digress. the real merit is in your bounty, and i have a bountiful stake of pleasure in having been way too stoned to be bored the whole way through reading this poem or whatever it was
