Awesome video, taking users through all the new settings features and helping them optimise, super appreciated, upgrading from my s8+ to an s24 has lef to the new UI being a lot to get around
I like the s24 its fast, the battery is great, very smooth operating the only con ive found so far is that its kinda small it feels weird in my hands 😂
one thing you didnt mention that perhaps could have is battery protection, it doesnt hurt to put it on, I have had it on since I got my s23, as long as you are fine with 80% of battery meaning it will last less than 100% I would maybe keep protection on if you usually leave your phone charging, may not see benefits doing that for years to come depending your charging habits but as someone who for example liesk to leave my phone charging over night to have it full on the go when I wake up its nice having that protection on so I can do that without ahrming my battery life in a long run
Process on device disables AI. The only one I wanted to try was the photo editor. It pops up a toast telling me that I have to disable it in the settings. Which is fine by me. I take privacy and security very seriously. I'm not into having a $1,200 phone compromised. I go out of my way to avoid using AI.
The Samsung photos gallery app is a disaster. Creates duplicates of photos & videos I made with my new S24 for NO reason at all. I manually have already wasted several hours of my time to delete duplicates...and as painful as that is (Samsung only offering stone age manual deletion of duplicates) the duplicates keep reappearing even after deleting them. I just switched after being an iPhone user for 16 years...actually liked the S24...but just until i saw their terrible nerve wrecking photos app. Enough of no real suppor other than 'we dont know why the photos & videos are duplicated....but hey, just spend several hours of your own time to manually delete your duplicates (we better not mention that manual deletion has no effect on Samsung devices). As excited as I was about the switch from Apple to Samsung...it was a total disappointing disaster in the end. Will sell my new S24 asap and go back to iPhone. At least Apple knows how to manage photos with no discomfort for the users.
@pls_stop_me2376 really? My battery has been way better after the update. I'm getting 18 hours of battery life with almost 8 hours of screen on time on average. I've got some days, when needed, where I hit 10 hours screen on.
Hey I went into work yesterday with my s24 at 91 percent 9 hours later when I clocked out I still had 63% and I run RUclips all day long auto playing sweet nothings in my ear as I slave away...... bought a power bank for my previous phone for that purpose but now it's useless just sitting in my bag lol

Took an hour and a half to film, so 11% is actually not bad
Use the adaptive charge feature 👌

I had already set the 'Light' function a few days ago and have found nothing detrimental in my normal usage.
