📚🌳 first week as a freshie | dorm life | cvsu main

The moment has finally come. After a year of resting, I’m once again back as a student. Not just a student, but a proud iska. In this video, I tried my best to film and document my first time experience inside our campus as an official student. The culture shock was expected, but the amount of walking I’ve done from only this week was something else, LOL. It is a very tiring week, but I feel enthusiastic and ready to embark on this new journey, exploring and making the most out of my last and most important years of studying.
I hope I can continue to film and share here all of my important and memorable experiences in college.

hi, ilan po dorms sa cvsu? meron po yung tinatawag nilang pink dorm and also i saw another one na i'm not sure if na-build na or i-bubuild pa lang katapat ng pink dorm, which is a 4-storey dorm bldg. correct me if i'm wrong 😅

hello! if it’s inside the university po, I’m only familiar with the pink dorm. and as of now, nirerenovate yata siya kasi wala pong nagrereside. most of the students live in dorms outside the campus. marami namang malapit, like where I live, in upland, or rough road or bancod. those are the nearest one’s as far as i know. i hope this helps ^^

hi! currently I'm a freshmen too, but I'm planning to transfer in cvsu because the system in this previous school is not really good for my well-being (I get that it's only 1st yr but the ambience and facilities is making me sick). how was cvsu main btw? I am a nursing student, do you have a friend or someone you know who's in this course? thank you!

hi @@mimyori ^^ the ambience and facilities in CVsU main are super nice, the campus itself is actually my favorite thing in college right now. i feel safe around the campus plus the landscaping here is great, we’re surrounded by trees and the campus is wide. the facilities are great, everywhere is clean, open and operating, my favorite place would be the library ^^ actually just walking around the campus is healing, especially when you enjoy slow walking.
although i don’t have an acquaintance who’s in nursing, my dorm-mate rn is in medtech which is in the same college as the nursing program. i asked her about the environment, and she told me that it is quite healthy in her first year, no competitions and such ^^ plus the ambience is okay, tho it can get hot inside the classrooms, the hallways are open and is quite breezy, she even shared that one of her classmates took good naps there ^^
