I've been waiting for this video for some time. Thank you so much!!! I've tired the four in hand look, but I wasn't really satisfied with it. My first instinct when I got a bandana was to try and mimic the ascot look. It's really easy to tie it, and it adds to the elegance, I feel more confident with it. I'm glad Rampley got into bandanas, and Chris is doing these videos as well, thank you!
I really like the four in hand knot. Sometimes, for the ascot-look, I straighten both ends of the bandana and tuck them over the four-in-hand knot, so that the knot is covered by 4 layers of fabric. I can still adjust the tightness and the knot behind the 4 layers of fabric gives a nice bit of volume. This pretty much requires two open shirt buttons, otherwise it looks a bit cramped.
