Autumn clarke you can try the Nature Republic aloe vera pack~ the toner is very watery and fresh, and there's a lotion that gives you an oily (not super oily) skin to moisturize, and they have this clear alor gel that hydrates your skin really nice bc it's basically pure aloe! the pack also come with a face wash. Nature Republic is a really good brand bc all their products are nature based and vegan i think.

Emily Maybe eventually, try out a Japanese or Korean skincare routine using their products. You can purchase them off of Amazon or websites like "YesStyle", it's even fun to browse around even if you're not getting anything.
Literally they had no clue what they are talking about. If anything, they are leading people in the wrong direction. Go to your dermatologist and actually discuss what is right because these people do not know.
It’s meant for people who have overly oily skin. If you have combo skin you should be staying away from matte foundation either way and use powder for any problem areas. Otherwise of course it will bring out fine lines
i don't really use any make up. i wash my face twice a day and apply only toners and im still sitting here with mega huge pores and crusty looking skin. fml
Mariam but my question is why would they even show an Asian girl who's skin looks like it's gone through many treatments and then proceed to talk about things that she probably doesn't even use to achieve it
Omg this video is cringy af plus the misinformation. No body calls that glass skin in asia but you would hear “Glowing skin” instead. Plus it’s not all about exfoliating 😓 it’ll burn your skin if you do it too much. Instead it’s about applying toner/water essence and moisturiser twice a day. The moisture is very important to have a nice smooth glowing skin. Plus no alcohol and paraben in product (especially toner and moisturiser) to avoid dryness.
Yeah definitely, I feel like they were likely just paid to endorse those products, rather than give actual advice about diet and lifestyle, which few people are willing to change.
Simple's micellar water though is ten times better than the Garnier one. I haven't tried Tacha yet but I've tried SKII. Gotta say I like Simple and SKII the same
SKII is pricey too. I have been using Garnier Micellar for over a year now to remove my makeup and I have to say I love it; I have used Simple too but reverted back.
Yeah i only got it because I had a 50% discount lol Oh wow I didn't like the garnier one because of how it felt and it didn't take off all my makeup! If you do try the Simple again, try the white packaged wipes! I use that or the reg. simple micellar water everyday. Ive gone through soo many bottles I lost count. That's great that garnier worked for you, I'm actually gonna try out the blue cap one soon just in case that works better.
Agree! Just take care of the skin you're in! In the end it's your health that matters the most! Living a healthy lifestyle is of more importance esp when you're already in your 30's
Really? You’re happy but you don’t take care of it? That’s an oxymoron. If you love your skin, you take care of it with the best that your skin needs! Skin does need nutrients too!!
Yes. That’s why these idiots are talking shit about the product. They want us to buy the expensive ones they promote. I love micellar water. It helped a lot in improving my sensitive/combination skin. But just like most people here, I follow it up with a good cleanser then a toner after (I need toners in my life lol), my skin never felt so clean yet not overly-dry.
so the 10 dollar micellar water is a bust but the 80 dollar tatcha powder face wash is a buzz rightt....... id rather waste 10 dollars than spend 80 on a FACE WASH!

HeyItsMeeTee My sister has the Tatcha powder face wash and she’s let me use it a few times. I have found that it brightens your skin and removes your dry patches, if it was in my budget I would definitely buy it! The Garnier micellar water is a gentle makeup remover you use with a cotton pad before exfoliating.
Rah f lol i have a super oily skin, it used to bother me a lot but not anymore. Now suddenly everyone wants to look oily with highlighters and adding oils to makeup
Rah f There's a huge difference between looking "oily" and looking "glowy". Oily skin looks nasty. Glowy skin is clean, smooth, poreless, and glossy. Don't lie and say your pores are unnoticeable when you have oily skin. The oils built up in your pores makes them pretty visible.... DON'T GET THEM CONFUSED...
Moderate oil like the one that we have after exercising is chic if your skin is clean. Hydration and natural oils are what make skin shine 😊 Personally I cleanse or exfoliate with a soft product (currently foam and plant derived exfol.), use moisturizer with natural ingredients suitable for acne prone/sensitive skin, thinly apply make up suitable for this skin type with clean sponge. The skin shines despite any natural imperfections and when too much oil accumulates after 6-7 hrs I use oil blotting papers or simply kitchen paper if im in home lol works miracles! If you need more "clean" shine theres matte highlighters- use only matte if you have oily skin! Let me know if my routine works with you, im considering making a vid for all girls with oily skin 💞

This reminds of the the one spongebob scene, “I was born with glass bones and paper skin. Every morning I break my legs, and every afternoon I break my arms. At night, I lie awake in agony until my heart attacks put me to sleep.” 💀
Micellar water is the only makeup remover I can use that I’m not allergic too. I have tried all makeup remover wipes and other liquid cleaners and I get reactions from them like red itchy skin, skin rashes
Try jojoba oil. You probably have dry skin like me I️ never use those wipes. Oh and I️ am also using this amazing toner from the body shop. It takes off the remaining oil and makeup after you wash your face and never gives me rashes
Micellar water is to remove makeup, the oil suspended in the water helps soften the skin and take off makeup. It’s also pretty cheap compared to some stuff they were talking about.
I 100% boot their thoughts about micellar water. I use it to wash my face as well as remove makeup. I don't wear foundation daily, so my skin has gotten better with it and I haven't been using cleansers on it except if I want an extra lift I'll wash with Dr. Bronners. I haven't broken out, just one faint and tiny blemish over several months. And I've been hormonal a lot lately.
Micellar water is wonderful for taking off makeup however it does have a small amount of surfactants in it. You should at least rinse with water adter using it otherwise the surfactants can ultimately contribute to premature aging skin
Sapphire Fredley Micellar water has become a life saver, my skin has never been better, I dont break out, my skin glows from within, it's smoother. Idk what these guys were on while filming the video. And because of micellar water, I've stopped using harsh soaps on my Face that strip the natural oils.
Shabana Suliman I don't know, it might work for you, but it doesn't work for everyone. Some skins need a different type of treatment, it's all about your skin type and how your skin reacts to cosmetic products. Besides, you might have just been born with awesome skin that responds well to most things you put on it.
I also think its funny how they say its a bust because its not economic, when a large bottle of Garnier micellar is $9 and a small tub of Tatcha enzyme powder is $75
Gabriela Hernandez They probably meant that Tatcha actually has a better effect since it exfoliates your skin and removes dead cells while the micellar removes make up and doesn't really cleanse deeply. Idk
I have acne and this korean glass skin trend has helped me. I switched from normal cleansers like Neutrogena, African black soap etc.. to Korean skincare and it got rid of my acne! I still have some acne scars but I'm currently going to buy some other k-skincare items that help get rid of them 😁
A lot of people say in this comment section that it's clearly photoshopped. But actually, I've seen a lot of Koreans in person and girl, what you see in the picture is what you get in person. They're really known for having those porcelain skins.
I'm starting to get annoyed with the lack of research on The Doctors....Micellar Water is not just water...it does actually cleanse the skin...with just a simple google your producers would have known that
Katie Logan okayy, yeah ur probs right lol, and its all to do with their beauty standard in Korea , the paler, the better. But, can you explain why korean ppl thta use collegen damaging products look so young?? Im not saying ur wrong, its just i've seen many Korean women in their 30s look like they 25
Katie Logan it is advanced. You aren’t korean and you don’t know anything about it. I’m korean and I use korean skin care. It’s the only one that works for my skin to make it look perfect. Don’t hate.
i don't necessarily have acne, but my skin is just awful. my nose is oily, my forehead is dry, my right cheek has this weird red mark on it that looks like a constant bruise, my chin is scarred from old spots... oh, what i'd do for perfect skin!
U perfectly describe my skin too haha but my forehead isn't dry . What bother me a lot is my redness cheek that look like it get burns. But really it has been like this since last year? Not recently.
have you been taking care of it properly? Never sleep with makeup on, wash/clean your face properly, do your skin care well, pick suitable ones too(!!!) and drink plenty of water(and eat better if you eat really bad?). the key is doing it religiously and knowing your skin and which products will suit them well. Good luck to you! (I'm trying to take care of it my best as well)
Take it old school, get you some Noxzema Classic Clean Original Deep Cleansing Cream (wal-mart's equate version and kroger's brand work just the same) and witch hazel. My daughters follow all of the hyped up junk on youtube. When none of it worked they finally decided to give my classics a chance. Both have amazing skin now.
We have the same skin type: sensitive/combination. Let me help you. Take it easy on your skin. If you use make up, take it off immediately using micellar water When you reach home and in the morning to “degrease” before washing (garnier micellar water for sensitive skin is cheap yet effective, doesnt dry your skin) Wash with lukewarm water (not hot or cold). Use a mild soap in the morning (cetaphil or dove white) and something stronger at night (something with green tea would help as it removes excess oil but doesnt make your skin dry). Follow up with an alcohol-free toner to remove remaining residue (dickinson’s alcohol free toner is the best -contains witch hazel that can help with oil and aloe which soothes and moisturizes). Always tone after washing so to return the ph balance on your skin (soap can mess up your skin’s acidity which results to messed-up skin). Don’t forget moisturizers. Find some moisturizer with AHA or glycolic acid for the evening routine (these ingredients help shed dead skin so to avoid clogging of pores and revealing newer skin at the same time). In the morning use a milder (water-based moisturizer) look for those with hyaluronic acid or sodium hyaluronate. These will help your skin retain moisture but without the use of oil. Don’t forget to use an SPF 30 sunscreen ALWAYS. And probably one of the most important thing is to exfoliate once or twice a week. Don’t use scrubs with beads like st. Ives. It will hurt your skin. Use chemical peels instead that really takes off dead skin. Stay away from charcoal mask, it’s too abrasive. If you can afford, get a facial once a month so you get to have a professional see and clean your face. Hope this works for you. Please let me know how it goes. Best of luck =D
I give up. No matter what I do, acne seems to be obsessed with my face so I stopped fighting it and changed my focus on working out and losing weight, becoming fit, and building muscle. Sick of failing at having nice skin
There are things you can do to help trust me. I used to feel that way cause I had acne that just wouldn't go away. I started using all kinds of products and things on my face and it basically kinda worsened it. I came to the realisation that mixing different regimens wouldn't work, so watch yourself to see if that's what you're doing. After I stuck to some great products my skin looks and feels pretty good. It might not look like glass or whatever but it will make a huge difference. Also, most people don't know this but your skin is like a representation of what you're feeling inside. If you're stressed and not finding time to just smile and relax, your skin won't look to good. Plus, drinking a lot of water and getting enough rest helps so much. Don't give up. It can be done😊
Do you want salt with your answer nah it's not oil at all, it's hydration that makes that 'glass' effect and that's what asians strive for, which is beautiful honestly.
It's funny how they're advocating "natural" beauty by portraying someone wearing makeup. Do you honestly believe that she didn't spend time fixing her face before taking these photos? 🤣 #iwokeuplikethis #bullshit
Justin BentRails She probably is wearing makeup but there is indeed people like this... I had a Korean friend who had the most perfect skin because she put the actual effort in. Very few people here in America do so, so it might seem easy to just blame it all on makeup since everyone here wears pounds of it. Glad my Korean friend taught me how to properly care for my skin because now my acne is all gone
🤔 I just love how everybody is a foremost expert on what or who I have or haven't seen. Please... grace me with more of your wisdom. I have so much to learn about myself from random strangers that know more about me than I do. 😃
I am a medical student and I discovered that acne and pimples occur because of the food you eat The more healthier food you eat the more shinier and soft skin you will have, but if you eat unhealthy food you are most likely to get hormone disorder which will cause you to have pimples and acne and also for the ladies out there *your period will be irregular *if you eat unhealthy
BUST my arse! Garnier Micellar Water for makeup removal is awesome. I’ve combo skin, wear makeup 5 days out of 7... and this aids my skin. It’s the real deal.
Randi Higginbotham they weren't reviewing it for that purpose, it's a bust for cleansing because it's a gimmick & can clog pores however for makeup removal or as a first cleanse it's great for some people just not everyone.
Xo PINK BUBBLY CHAMPAGNE Xo and your comment is useless 😂🤓 the point in what I’m trying to say in case you didn’t get it is that all these beauty gurus on RUclips or instagram are trying to make us believe that we can achieve an unrealistic type of skin or look..they just want people to buy wherever products are sponsored etc..and by the way my pic have a typical IPhone filter, it haven’t been photoshopped but I’ll take that as a compliment so thanks 🤗
You’ve never been to Korea or Asia have you. Women DO have skin like this NATURALLY. Don’t hate. I never use photoshop or filters for my pics. Makes them look weird.
Komerican10 I have been to Asia, my dad is married to an Asian women, the glass skin doesn’t exist, you can have a nice skin and all but to the point that it looks like glass is impossible, it’s just a trand to encourage people buying more products. A lot of Asian women do have a nice skin but I wouldn’t go to call it glass lol
what!!!! people in Europe, and Asia (I live in Korea), we use micellaire water only to remove our makeup, then we wash it again with a gel or cream cleanser, I don't know what you guys are talking about of how it's used now, but this is how we use it. It just dissolves the makeup a bit more easily, similar to an oil cleanser, but we don't just leave it at that, hahaha
Spoilers yeah when you have oily skin, the blackheads will come back no matter what. You’ve just got to get rid of them as much as possible. To minimize mine, i started oil cleansing (massage jojoba oil into my skin) then cleansing with a cleanser afterwards. Also I use clay masks once a week. My blackheads come back of course but I at least can manage them :)
I don't believe for one second that the "glass skin" girl was completely without BB cream or some sort of concealer. Yes exfoliants, acids and peels will resurface and smooth out your skin but oftentimes redness and imperfections remain. Making it shiny was just from dewy setting spray and no powder.
Micellar water is great for removing make up, including mascara. No oily residue that most eye make up removers leave. I've been using it for a couple of years now and highly recommend.
I get the same glassy effect WITHOUT these things. It’s called “using a face towel to clean your face”. Instead of using soap alone (you can use any facial soap), wipe it on a damp face towel, and use that to clean your face. Not only does it clean the face very well, but it serves as an exfoliator. A dermatologist told me to use it everyday and scrub the face as often as i want to- or even as hard as i can (without of course, causing any injury esp if you have sensitive skin. I advise you proceed scrubbing your face with caution. Every skin is different. Im just being general here and repeating what a dermatologist told me.) This immediately helps achieving that glassy look even with just one use! Then after patting the face dry, slather it with your skin serums, moisturizers and other anti agung products. Believe me, it works. The problem w this video, is i think theyre trying to advertise those “buzz” products indirectly, while all the time their message is just simple: EXFOLIATE! The face towel version cant any be simpler than this. At zero cost.
Please Please DO NOT OVER EX-FOLIATE it can make your skin extremely sensitive. As an advanced Aesthetician PLEASE do not exfoliate more than MAX three times a week and then MOISTURISE WELL otherwise the skin can become very, very aged prematurely! just a warning that they do not tell you!
I’m so happy natural is coming back!! I personally just love the natural look because I hate the feeling of lots of makeup just concealer and maybe a skin tint is good for me with some mascara
I'm surprised they didn't mention the Double Cleaning method with oil cleanser and then a foam or a water based cleanser that is key in Korean skincare
Jänku TV Wash your face with only cold water. Pat your face dry, don't rub it. Try Olay ultra moisture Shea butter body wash for face. Don't touch Your face if it is not clean. Drink alot of water. When washing your face, splash it don't rub. Stop using all the products you are using now. One of them could be making you break out. Keep your routine simple. Much love.
I use natural black soap to wash my wash face, it helps a lot. So does tea tree oil, just put it on the spots where acne is. Also, I use avocado oil and water to moisturise my face. Make sure to not put too much oil on your face
Little Bean I would not recommend tea tree oil for anyone with acne. Tea tree oil can cause inflammation, and irritation. African black soap is amazing though. Any type of oil OP should stay away from.
I had cystic acne, and I tried so many things. It was bad and painful. I swear it was like a disease. My mother did some research, and had my primary care provider prescribe me Tretinoin gel and Clindamycin gel and apply them daily. All my acne was gone within a month. I began noticing a difference after a few days. These are prescription only gels, but they were the only thing that worked for me. I tried EVERYTHING else in this comment section, I’ve been a vegetarian for years now, and these gels were the only thing that eliminated my acne entirely. Normal people get acne here and there, but mine was terrible and painful. Cystic acne can be caused by hormonal imbalances and may be the result of an underlying cause. If it’s really bad, you may need to see a regular doctor and have blood work done. It’s nothing terminal, but still, I’ve been there... Before the tretinoin and clindamycin gels, I did use tea tree oil on my face like some of the others were talking about. It did good for me, never caused breakouts and it helped control new ones. Tea tree oil is also known as melaleuca oil, and has many purposes. It’s been known to cure yeast infections when dropped in the birth canal, help alleviate ulceric breakouts from genital herpes and is a common antiseptic. I noticed when I put it on my face it had a drying effect. My skin didn’t peel or anything, but I could feel the bacteria in my face dehydrate, if that makes any sense. At the end of the day, your body is your own, and different things work for different people. Eating healthy always helps, and keep trying things and do thorough research. You’ll get through this !
I don’t use micellar water but I use makeup remover if I need it, double cleanse, tone, use oils serums and masks if I need, dermaplaning, moisturise, and sunscreen, makes my skin look amazing I’m on medication for a few conditions that made my skin awful for ages until I sorted my skincare routine and I’m thrilled, I don’t feel like I need to wear heavy makeup all the time to hide pimples or marks, I’m really happy with enhancing the natural perfections in my skin
Micellar water is used as a cleanser or toner to remove excess residue and restore PH balance in the skin. My dermatologist recommended this to me here in France along with a liquid exfoliator. One year later my skin looks and feels amazing.
Rosewater is a great toner and witch hazel is great for acne prone skin. But for a face lotion id just use 100% shea butter. A tiny dab and i do my whole face after washing( i dont use soap on my face just a clean cloth and warm water) and I smooth my lotion on upwards not down pulling my skin down. Same with my neck and chest. Im 41 no wrinkles.
I tried an all natural powder exfoliating face wash like what they are talking about and it blew my mind! It is the best thing I've ever tried on my skin! So soft not gritty at all the smallest amount removed all of my makeup!!!! It's from NXN Beauty and it's called powder to foam exfoliator. Try it you won't regret it. ❤️
womble chops I honestly....can’t wait for menopause!! I don’t need my bloody womb anymore!! It’s a pain in the butt.....and the belly, and the thighs, and the boobs!! I hate hormones!! Lol!
eh....so shiny face is a trend now???I have extremely oily skin and it looks just like what the picture shows even after I use cleansers to clean it off...lol
I use Miscellar water as makeup remover. It's really good. Mine one is the Garnier with some kind of oil in it & I used it to replace my oil cleansing routine sometime. Is it good? Yes definitely.
Try using hyaluronic acid from The Ordinary (don't if you live in a dry climate) Also, you could try the foreo LUNA mini face brush, this makes your skin very smooth. And a richer moisturizer. Watch Lia Yoo's videos, about SLS and cleansers, because your cleanser might have SLS (sodium Lauryl sulfate) in it, which actually dries out your skin. Never use cleansers for acné skin, they dry out your skin the most. Look for a gentle cleanser and wash with only water every other day in the morning, that way your skin gets a break and a nice rest. And never use alcohol on your skin, check for that because it is also drying. Love your skin People, don't fight it!

Micellar is attracted oil and other dirt so it still a skincare and makeup remover is a SKINCARE
I use micellar water everyday for the past two months. Idc what they say it’s worth it. I wear makeup every blue moon. I love it even out my skin.

Exactly 😏
Well korean people care a lot about good skin and skin care
They are REALLY big on skin care lmao. My korean friends say that they started using face masks and other skin care products since 5th grade
Yeah I use authentic Korean masks 😍
Omg this video is cringy af plus the misinformation. No body calls that glass skin in asia but you would hear “Glowing skin” instead. Plus it’s not all about exfoliating 😓 it’ll burn your skin if you do it too much. Instead it’s about applying toner/water essence and moisturiser twice a day. The moisture is very important to have a nice smooth glowing skin. Plus no alcohol and paraben in product (especially toner and moisturiser) to avoid dryness.
mika :3 can you recommend any good products?
You're so right about Glass skin lol
Yeah definitely, I feel like they were likely just paid to endorse those products, rather than give actual advice about diet and lifestyle, which few people are willing to change.
What toner do you use?
yes, pleeeeease recommend some products!
Come on doctors; you know what Tachas products cost v Garnier Micellar Water.....huge difference.
ILhaam Oz exactly
We can get the Japanese and Korean products imported
Sometimes all of this beauty shit just requires way too much effort. I'm happy I have skin in the first place, it don't need to be perfect.
cookie22100 Amen!
Komerican10 You can care about something without spending heaps of cash on items to cleanse it.
ÖRLOGSKAPTEN #MAKERUclipsGREATAGAIN who said you had to spend a lot of money? Improvise!!!
Micellar water for sensitive skin for removing make up is amazing. And not all that expensive.
True! :)
HeyItsMeeTee they said that on purpose to make people spend more money
Wow ...10 dollars?? In England its 1pound
nana na In Italy about 3€. :/
The secret how to get "glass skin" *oil and sweat!* Jog on the spot for a few mins and you'll be shining shining shining shining yeahhh!
kingtoyab69 and steaming then Ice.
Lol that's what I thought. It just looks like greasy face from working out lol.
kingtoyab69 no. There is a difference between oily/sweaty and dewy skin. Educate yourself.
kingtoyab69 it’s not oil and you can clearly see that...
kingtoyab69 💀
If your skin is oily as hell like mine is, your skin already looks like this lol
Rah f lmao I’m right there w you
Rah f lol i have a super oily skin, it used to bother me a lot but not anymore. Now suddenly everyone wants to look oily with highlighters and adding oils to makeup
Her skin doesn’t look oily. It looks smooth and glowy. Idk but oily skin gives off a different look and not in a good way lol
Hydration and natural oils are what make skin shine 😊
Personally I cleanse or exfoliate with a soft product (currently foam and plant derived exfol.), use moisturizer with natural ingredients suitable for acne prone/sensitive skin, thinly apply make up suitable for this skin type with clean sponge.
That micellar water is amazing for makeup removal and is super cheap
HELLO agred I use it it's amazing
Johanna90 You can do double sclensing, that's what I do I firs use an oil based cleanser and then this one from garner
Johanna90 yes I know, that's why double cleansing is so good, and really cheep
Micellar water it really works I loved
I’m just happy to have skin 🤷🏽♀️
Preach!!!
@@batorsagandszerelem4474 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
“As commoners are calling it...” 😂 umm okay peasant
Lmao
Commenters I think but yeah I heard that too😂
This reminds of the the one spongebob scene, “I was born with glass bones and paper skin. Every morning I break my legs, and every afternoon I break my arms. At night, I lie awake in agony until my heart attacks put me to sleep.” 💀
Sunny that was on spongebob?! Jesus lawd
wow i want to see that
what episode??
Sunny choooooocolate!!
X-Star Y "Chocolate with Nuts" (2002)
Lady: oh sweet sweet chocolate, I HATE IT
spongebob: this one isn’t for eating, it makes you look younger
Micellar water is the only makeup remover I can use that I’m not allergic too. I have tried all makeup remover wipes and other liquid cleaners and I get reactions from them like red itchy skin, skin rashes
Liberty Gilmore their explanation of mi ellas water was so incorrect. It is a great makeup remover for sensitive skin.
Liberty Gilmore omg me too!
Liberty Gilmore try coconut oil and taking it off with a wipe! Works like a charm for me and I have sensitive acne prone skin!
Try jojoba oil. You probably have dry skin like me I️ never use those wipes. Oh and I️ am also using this amazing toner from the body shop. It takes off the remaining oil and makeup after you wash your face and never gives me rashes
My skin can only stand natural oils like jojoba and argan. not even coconutoil :(
Micellar water is to remove makeup, the oil suspended in the water helps soften the skin and take off makeup. It’s also pretty cheap compared to some stuff they were talking about.
Lulu13 that stuff is amazing! I use that now
The show people probably didn't get enough money from that micellar brand
''Glass skin" it sounds weird.😇😇😇
Yes
Yeah, why not just call it what it is, shiny skin?
Because it's not normal.
I thought it was called dewy skin
lesligarcia 0013 it is it’s called dewy skin or wet skin K beauty lovers know that
I'm starting to get annoyed with the lack of research on The Doctors....Micellar Water is not just water...it does actually cleanse the skin...with just a simple google your producers would have known that
Micellar water is for removing makeup -__-
Ash O I know wtf
It removes dirt and oil too
Jos triple cleansing is where it's at! I rub an oil on between micellar water and my actual cleanser.
no you idiot, micellar water is used for removing dirt and oil too, they're doctors they know better.
Lili Rochefort They talked about it as a replacement for hard water. It obviously has more uses than they're giving it credit for.
"new trend" it's literally korean skincare and that's been around for a long time XD Koreans are known for their amazing skincare.
That tatcha rice enzyme powder does have alcohol in it!!
Did she even read the ingredients before she came on the show?
ah the beautiful people.
It's all relative to the size of your steeple
Like you
Not to be creepy
SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL OR SOMETHING FREE?
Korean/Japanese skincare is so advanced
Black Rose yea that's the only thing keeping me from using K beauty products
Jamecia right ! I'm tryina get my melanin right, their products are awesome, buuuut I wanna be sun-kissed, not pasty (which I already am 😔)
Katie Logan okayy, yeah ur probs right lol, and its all to do with their beauty standard in Korea , the paler, the better. But, can you explain why korean ppl thta use collegen damaging products look so young?? Im not saying ur wrong, its just i've seen many Korean women in their 30s look like they 25
Black Rose no it’s doesn’t. I’m korean and I know what goes into it.
KAT try The Ordinary
It is awesome having beauty trends that focuses on improving the skin instead of hiding the imperfections with tons of crap.
Asian's skin is almost always smooth and clear.
Perfect skin a trend 😂😂 oh please lmao
I know right! *rolls eyes*
😂😂😂
Like people haven't been trying to have acne free faces since the dawn of time
i feel like its more about like totally clean like no bronzer/blush/contour on your face rather than just clear skin(which i'm sure helps tho)
You must have acne 🤔😂
My prayers have been answered! No more contouring PLEASE !!!!
Friend Zoned yess I don’t even know why it’s a trend
Or over the top highlighting. Enough is enough.
Friend Zoned why

Micellar water is used to remove makeup not just water. And they’re the ones who are doctors 😂 jk
Use to call it porcelain skin.
kotur28 Smooth.
Trish Mac pale not smooth.
Cherry M Not smooth. Rough?
Trish Mac read the comment again.
Cherry M Life's too short.
How to get shiny glass skin:
1) have oily ass skin
Do you want salt with your answer but how do i avoid big pores
Do you want salt with your answer nah it's not oil at all, it's hydration that makes that 'glass' effect and that's what asians strive for, which is beautiful honestly.
:D Koreans somehow get lighter as they grow up.
I want it
Use subliminals
Do you want salt with your answer
I just realized that I was subscribed to your channel
It looks like dewy skin not glass
Isabella Harless it's called glass because it looks flawless and has no pores like glass
Forgive my english lmao
Is u jealous
I am a medical student and I discovered that acne and pimples occur because of the food you eat
The more healthier food you eat the more shinier and soft skin you will have, but if you eat unhealthy food you are most likely to get hormone disorder which will cause you to have pimples and acne and also for the ladies out there *your period will be irregular *if you eat unhealthy
Hey,I don't want glass skin in the first place, it would just crack.
I think they mean the more 'dewy look'. I think you get it too if you excercise and drink alot lol.
Laroling dewy and greasy are 2 different things
dry skin would actually crack irl sorry not sorry
Photoshop is what get you the glass skin 😅
Coralie heart lmao exactly!!
Coralie heart EXACTLY 😂😂
Not a big fan of miscellar water, my skin doesn’t like it, but I do love my face polishes and scrubs, improved my skin drastically 👍
what!!!! people in Europe, and Asia (I live in Korea), we use micellaire water only to remove our makeup, then we wash it again with a gel or cream cleanser, I don't know what you guys are talking about of how it's used now, but this is how we use it. It just dissolves the makeup a bit more easily, similar to an oil cleanser, but we don't just leave it at that, hahaha
My skin is shit. I just got my blackheads out and two days later they all are back..
Hello? Micelles water is a holy grail to remove any makeup residue that water nor soap can take away
Im just being general here and repeating what a dermatologist told me.)
This immediately helps achieving that glassy look even with just one use!
Do they not know micellar water isn’t just plain water?? It removes dirt and makeup
Please Please DO NOT OVER EX-FOLIATE it can make your skin extremely sensitive. As an advanced Aesthetician PLEASE do not exfoliate more than MAX three times a week and then MOISTURISE WELL otherwise the skin can become very, very aged prematurely! just a warning that they do not tell you!
wendy ferguson, how can I repair my moisture barrier after I damaged it with overexfoliation? thanks
It's genetics. My ex gf was Korean and had the smoothest skin I've ever seen in person.
it's also their culture. They prize good skin and their physical appearance above all else.
I’m so happy natural is coming back!! I personally just love the natural look because I hate the feeling of lots of makeup just concealer and maybe a skin tint is good for me with some mascara
I've just recently started watching The Drs and every time Sonia talks I can't help but to smile because she's just so cute 😭😭
Yeah OK 😂 you know how she got that...I'll tell you PHOTOSHOP!!! ☺
Xo PINK BUBBLY CHAMPAGNE Xo 😂 yeah ok my skin didn't look like glass that's what you call good lighting honey 😚
You can see her insta (elliejellyb3an) and her skin is that clear. It’s amazing .
Someone is jealous.
Komerican10 jealous? 😂 I'm speaking fact's honey
Not even celebs have "glass" skin when u see them out with no makeup
and sweats on,
Stephanie Mariah yes jealous. The celebrities you think of are Americans. Korean women are just born with genetically perfect skin! 💁🏻♀️
Do they even know what micellar water is for
So it’s come to this....Sex robots, and glass skin... I never should have left kindergarten.
I'm surprised they didn't mention the Double Cleaning method with oil cleanser and then a foam or a water based cleanser that is key in Korean skincare
I was actually crying cause i have acne and i cant do enything i'm so use to it but other people tell my its ugly sooo i hate clear skin people now
Jänku TV Wash your face with only cold water.
L C I totally agree with you. That is the only way to get flawless skin and everything healthy. It's just sad to say goodbye to cheese 😢
Wasn't this already a thing in asia? Honey skin?
Do they even know what they’re taking about? Get a specialist...
**Bug : Oh my gosh that's hilarious!!! That's the spirit! - - embrace, own , & rock it ! Thanks...you totally made my day with that giggle.
*has shit ton of acne*
-Hello-darkness-my-old-friend-
This is how you do it
Be Asian
ISHITKIDS! I pretty much read your first line in my head to the melody of that Montell Jordan song....you know the one, 😂
@Red Sunshine me too but we can never put down other races kapesh
@Red Sunshine uhhh nvm fam nvm
That stupid "buzz" at the end.....sheesh
ObsessedWTE .
Micellar water is used as a cleanser or toner to remove excess residue and restore PH balance in the skin. My dermatologist recommended this to me here in France along with a liquid exfoliator. One year later my skin looks and feels amazing.
Miscellar water is for makeup removal so you don't use chemical filled makeup removers...
Does that come with a photoshop in a jar too?
When Amercia is just getting in to the game. Koreans and Japanese have been taking care of their skin their whole lives
Truuee
My skin looks like that. It's called going through the menopause.
womble chops I honestly....can’t wait for menopause!! I don’t need my bloody womb anymore!! It’s a pain in the butt.....and the belly, and the thighs, and the boobs!! I hate hormones!! Lol!
Pommie bears. Your post made me laugh. It made me cry. It made me nearly wet myself. Bloody hormones :-)
Hahahahahahaha
womble chops lol....it’s so true though, isn’t it?? I am glad you enjoyed it. 🌹
Too bad I have a giant scar on my face:(
You're beautiful
Scars aren’t that bad they fade over time. I’m sure you look beautiful
eh....so shiny face is a trend now???I have extremely oily skin and it looks just like what the picture shows even after I use cleansers to clean it off...lol
Oof I have combination skin . My T-Zone has enough oil to cook French fries, while the rest of my face is practically dry/normal. I can never fix it.
Well sometimes it could just be genetics 🤷🏻♂️
