Rays type of comedy is very passive/references/meme heavy, thats why he always seemed to act differently in the AH office were as the rest of them are very aggressive comedy, very reactive, with an occasional reference and comedic jab at their coworkers. They are all effective style of comedy but the latter can sometimes make people feel disconnected which Ray gradually felt, nobody did anything wrong he just felt a gradual disconnect on the comedic level.
Even though it was dominant, in the BO2 VS Gavin doing almost half as good as ray would be seen as a good performance for Gavin in any other circumstance.
Rays amazing on his own both entertainment from skill and humor alone. But i do miss when hes in a group with like 3+ other people hes such a multiplier for fun.
