Good run! This seems like a very difficult challenge! Some mini-games just can be inherently up to chance, so the fact that Nick got 85 is impressive. Having to rely on CPU team mates is part of that calculated risk as they either completely suck or they are perfectly in sync with you. Hope this is attempted again, at some point!
Here are the deaths: bounce&trounce, golf, bill blaster, penguins killed vern, bill blaster again, burnstile, archer, moneyocean, Mario's puzzle, and Nick's final hope (Daisy) died to archer. The biggest killers are Bill Blasters and Archer-ival.
