- Hi everyone! The title is simply my excuse for not preparing these fantastic dumplings in the conventional manner.
Polish dumplings are traditionally incredibly flavorful small dumplings. Preparing them is very time-consuming, so I've decided to make them extra large to save time and effort. My colleague, Maria, ensured that the flavours and preparation methods were authentic, and the result was fantastic!
I hope you'll enjoy the content! 👌😊👍
T just casually summoning all Slavic people across a Europe 😆😆 Greetings from Poland, smacznych pierogów! ❤️
It's great to see the skills and knowledge of a culturally diverse kitchen team coming together on this episode. Well done Team T
I love that even you ask questions, and behind the scenes of it all; prepwork to cooking it and serving it, it wonderful every time. Making me hungry my guy :)
These look so good. Yum.
I've been watching alot of these lately, kind of addicting somehow
This one was enjoyable seeing your colleagues instruct you, and the taste test was great to see!
Looks amazing, I enjoyed seeing your colleague helping too. At the end of the day it's a team effort and it's how we learn new things.
Nice clean kitchen
I love seeing how you guys work together, and give each others tips and ways of cooking!
Congratulations again
I loved the teamwork in the kitchen. I liked that you ask questions to make sure the dish would come out great. Such great skills. Great job chef and team.
Thank you chef! Those are some amazing pierogi 😋 Love the behind the scene!
MrT chopping onions like a boss!
Really like the collaboration with your colleague, and those pierogies look gorgeous.
One portion for me please, to take away! 👏👏👏👏😉
Pierogi !! ❤
You are the best
I think 2 would be enough :D Looks good though :)
looks tasty enjoyed the content thank you Mr. T
Looks amazing 😊 those workers are very lucky to have such a good team to cook for them and try different things ❤
they look amazing!

Great work T and colleagues
Love from India 😊
I love pasta but I would never want to make it from scratch 😂 So much technique and patience required.
I can not even imagine the amount if time it takes to prep pierogis to feed the masses, I've done it for my household, one, and that was more than enough to make me steer clear in the future😂
Yummy 😊
I learn with you!
looking forward to the video :D
The French (sounding) girl knows how to cook so well!!
One pierogi looks like it's enough with the mashed potatoes and cabbage. Three is way over the top. It looks delicious. Will try.
For dessert, I recommend blueberry dumplings with cream and sugar 🙂
Hmm.. you mentioned SAMOSA, I lov it.. I grew up going almost every weekend on a Hare Krishna farm (Nova Gokula) with my father. Indian food is so taste
That’s why I always try to tell people to work smarter not harder.
Pierogi duzo farszu i o tu chodzi ale najlepsze są polskie pierogi ja tak uważam hahha bo polak 😃😃😃😅 hehhe
też polak pozdrawiam 💪💪💪🥟🥟😂😂😂😂
I love pierogies
So, the pierogi is basically the polish version of the argentinian empanada (little bit smaller probably). We don't usually do that type of pastry "seal" because it ends up opening up when cooked. So we do like a string twisted version of it (you can look it up on google) and it's better. Plus, no boiled on water! Fried or oven. Cheers.
日本の餃子のようだ🥟嬉しい
Do Nasi Lemak ❤it’s Malaysian famous breakfast
Looks so tasty! I wonder if you can deep fry them to speed up the cooking but that isn't really a chef's theatre I guess haha. And the grease would probably get through the seams ;(
the title is relatable
I love pierogi! 🥟🥟🥟
I love perogies with sour cream sauted onions and bacon and cheese yum yum
Perogies, cheese and potato, just potato and sauerkraut and mushroom. usually served with Kielbasa with fried onions. Looks good.
T, yes please. Pork and could you add some spicy brown mustard on the side. Thank You.
You probably could've got away with just 2, those are massive.
21:48 Start of service. Everything before is prep.
Atleast MrT didn't struggle to fold the dough on the perogies like he struggled on the momo 😅😂
Momo is more difficult, I will put them on the menu again soon to practice 👌😀👍
Chef, If I were you I would have deep fried them bad boys (perogies) and with them being that big, I would have given them only 2 so you can have that one extra saved to give to another person, But I wished I could teleport there to try one of those they look amazing.
Yes, that would have worked too. Two would have been enough, but I started with three, and had to stick with it, it wouldn't have been fair with the other customers 👌😅👍
In Poland, we never serve pierogis with mashed potatoes, just pierogis and onion on top...
I know. I'm in the UK, and whenever I do foreign food I make sure that it's not too alien, otherwise it's hard to sell. British people love potatoes, so to serve pierogi with mash helps to sell them 👌😀👍
What inspired you to make perogi? Every Christmas I make sauerkraut, blueberry, meat perogi. I enjoy them all with butter and sour cream.
What inspired me is that it is hard work, but very rewarding when you serve a polish person and the feedback is awesome 👌😉👍
@@MrT2022 Being American/Slovak I learned from my grandmother and my kids have learned from me. What better way to pass on a legacy.
@@markk4300 Excellent, I'm glad you have passed the tradition 👌😀👍

Пельмени можешь сделать?)
Hey buddy how was on Fuerta?, fyi: use butter not oil for dumplings :D
Very nice, I've got four videos on my second channel 👌😀👍
hehe
Ale żeby kłaść na ziemniaki pierogi..? To nie po Polsku.. to tak jakby kłaść frytki na puree ziemniaczane..
Yes, this is in the UK. People here love potatoes. If pierogi comes with potatoes it sells better 👌😀👍
fourth 🤓
Perogie ? That's a potsticker !
Cooked in reverse 😅
Пироги)
Watch how to prepare Dolma, it is Turkish - Azerbaijanki dish, actually armenians also making them. Turkish people like put inside rice but Azerbaijani like put inside meat , watch in youtube and make, your quest definetely like this. I can teach you , just answer me if you want 🙃

Disappointing people don’t know feta and spinach is the superior pierogi flavour 😪😪
so you never ate the ones with blueberries
@@auag7420blueberries and sour cream!!! Yessss

It's nice that you don't wipe off the knife after sharpening it so the people that eat the food ingest the metal shards.
What's with the passive aggressiveness? Jealous?
I'm glad you enjoyed it 👌😉👍
It adds some sharpness to the dish 👍😁
