1981 Benelli 125 Sport Twin 2 Stroke NOW SOLD

Benelli 125 Sport Twin Classic Two-Stroke.
UK bike from new, first registered in March 1981.
Historic Vehicle so tax and MOT exempt. 5300 genuine miles. Just 3 former keepers.
Recently recommissioned for road use with a pair of NOS wheels bought from Italy and brand new Continental ContiStreet tyres, new gearbox oil, spark plugs, mirrors and replacement battery.
Overall in super condition, paint is a little flat on the tank and there are a couple of chips on either side, plus a couple of small scuffs on the rear part of the seat surround, as shown in the photos.
The seat cover looks like it was replaced when the bike was restored.

I'm not sure how many/few were sold here but that was a UK bike from new. I've since seen a couple more from the same batch of registrations.

Moto sempli, leggere, senza tanta superflua elettronica, con pochi inutili fronzoli, essenziali. Le moto che piacciono a me. Unico problema: i consumi. Ho appena acquistato una honda dominator, che gia avevo posseduto e ache rispetta appieno questa filosofia del viaggiare tranquillo, senza tanti problemi, senza pieghe da gp1 o impennate alla Valentino Rossi, godendosi il panorama, la brezza e la libertà senza patemi di arrivare chissà dove e percorrere chissà quanti chilometri.
