I personally think that what your hair needs is a change in colour - something darker than what you have now. I think a more toned and darker colour would be nice. However I know you like being a blonde, so was just give my opinion. What is your natural hair colour? Cos I think it’s recommended to not go two shades lighter or darker than our natural colour? Sometimes going back close to our natural colour suits better
If your hairs anything like mine, being brittle and thin at the ends, it could just be the bleaching, or the heat with straighteners, hairdryer. Also bleaching the strips the hair of its goodness and breaks, so looks thinner at the ends . Im stopping bleaching from now on. 😊
The only way I grew my hair and got it healthy was going back to brunette and not using bleach, it was the same as yours frizzy and dry at the ends now it’s glossy and long and thick
I drench my hair with coconut oil on a Sunday and leave it all day, wash it off on the evening and it goes silky smooth :) my hair dresser has said its good as anything. Ive stopped bleaching my hair and put a darker blonde on x
I have a lip balm in each handbag , besides the bed , the dressing table , bathroom , car , work and work bag 😂 . It stops me loosing them to buy in bulk and leave everywhere.
How about trying a keratin treatment at the salon. Our salon do a full and an express and both so good, my mum has frizzy damaged hair and it sorts her out brilliantly. Might be worth a little try x
Jess go for a good chop and stop bleaching for a good while, get some lower lights put through and then leave it for ages. My hair is similar to yours frizzy neither here nor there drives me insane!! Also let it air dry and NO straighteners. Get the pink and blue hairburst shampoo and conditioner this is amazing stuff!! good luck xx
I use the Tatti Lashes!! They last for around a week. They’re really good!! ❤ also I really think your hair would be better darker! It would bring out your blue eyes so much more!! ❤
I agree with all the comments to go darker (with a bob & wispy fringe) it would compliment your skin tone & eye colour SO much 😍 plus much healthier for your hair 💇🏻♀️ I went from blonde to brunette & everyone thought I’d had a spray tan! (I’m usually super pale)
I have really frizzy hair too. I ditched the straighteners and invested in a good round brush, and now I just blow dry my hair this has helped it so much with the heat and no straighteners xx
I used to love to style my hair, try new styles etc, now I spend money on a good cut and even though I hardly spend any time on styling it, I hate dirty hair so I'm happy if it's clean even if I'm just tying it up. Happy birthday x
Best thing i did for my hair was get a shag cut and embrace my natural wave. Also- check all your vitamins etc- iron, folate, b12 and vitamin D are all a big part in your hair health but most women are iron deficient, esp after weight loss x
Can you do short extensions to make your hair look thick but not too long? And I agree with another commenter saying get a keratin treatment. A Brazilian blow out one!
Hair suggestion from someone with very similar, humidity-reactive hair as it’s also processed (but is not so reactive any more as it’s not processed so often any longer - unfortunately, the processing just makes it drier and adds to the general frizzie reaction). Since I lost three-quarters of it post-Covid, the only time heat comes anywhere near mine is when my hairdresser cuts and styles it .... what I do, is wash with the best shampoo/conditioner I can afford, squeeze the water out gently, wrap it in a microfibre towel for about 15 mins, apply seven pumps of Argan oil through it, then roll it onto Velcro rollers in the biggest size I could get and let it dry naturally (takes a couple of hours) - you could put your bonnet over the rollers which would probably speed up the drying time). My hair is no longer so humidity-reactive and its condition looks good. Every now and then, I put a deep conditioning treatment on it - but probably not as often as I should. Also, don’t forget, your hair will react differently at different times of your cycle (for everything, even colour application) Wishing you a Happy Birthday 🎉
I did nanoplastia smooths and straightens. You have to blow dry the hair if want it all straight and no need to use straighteners Or just leave it and it will go more natural but still smooth
I have super thick frizzy hair, the only thing that works for me is colour wow after every wash, before I blow dry. I feels like someone else's hair it goes so smooth and it stays that way right up until my next wash no matter the weather or humidity. Also I'm rubbish at styling so I straighten most of my hair but put velcro rollers in the front to give a bouncy blow dry look at the front, such a cop out haha!
A sharp cut bob, or maybe a side parting, sleek bun. Or brush your hair completely back, high top bun or ponytail leave out the middle parting and you can add hair, no need for extensions or tape ons. I think this current colour is the best for you, totally brings out the sparkle of your beautiful eyes.
Hi Jess, I don’t normally comment but know how you feel about your hair! Mine was very brittle and poor quality, it would never grow past my shoulders. my natural colour was very light blonde when I was a kid, but is now a dark blonde/mousey colour. I bleached it for years as i wanted the light blonde hair I’d had when i was younger. 3 years ago I stopped bleaching it and started dying it the same colour as my natural hair but with some lighter highlights. Very pathetic but I actually got upset about not being bright blonde anymore, felt like I wasn’t me. But now my hair is in amazing condition and has grown almost to my waist. Maybe try a darker colour with no bleach even just til your wedding? ❤
Hi Jess! I have bleached hair also. I go every 5 weeks to the salon for bleach. I also get Brazilian Blowouts done every 6 months. They are a game changer. Your hair wont frizz from the humidity. They make your hair soft and sleek. You can curl them or straighten them with no problem. Im in the US (Pennsylvania) and at my salon it costs $300 for the blowout. And takes roughly 3 hours to do. My hair grows so fast now and drying time is cut in half. In fact i just recently cut 6 inches off mine cause they were getting too long. Not sure if they have this service in the UK or not. Just thought id let you know what i do for my bleached hair.
I liked your hair in the solo travel vlogs you did to Tenerife/Spain. It was shorter in a bob style and looked really healthy. You could always get hair extensions for th wedding x
Jess I’ve stopped using Colour Wow Dream Coat as it made my hair look like I use straighteners (I didn’t), and this lasted 3-4 days - I like a bounce in my hair. Think you would like this product. It’s great for hair that goes frizzy in damp weather too.
Jess, try the Aussie hair mask for bouncy curls. I don't have curly hair but my Son does, and i tried it once as a conditioner when mine ran out and have used it since. My hair is much less frizzy now.
Omgosh that food you made looks incredible yum..really enjoyed this video ❤❤❤❤try frizz ease serum by John Freida..I've used it for years..very good. ❤❤❤❤
I agree My hair is non bleached but still goes fluffy if I just blow dry with no product I use John Frieda serum on ends & sides when wet Paul Mitchell Mousse in routes after combing NEVER brushing through I then scrunch & dry Good luck tho thought it looked fab when you went out with Steph ❤
Maybe have about an inch chopped off to level it, and just add a few extensions at the front to thicken it slightly but keep them the same length as your own hair? 🤔 Or go for a bob. Finer hair usually looks thicker with a one length shorter style x
Hey Jess, I was experiencing the same with my hair and to be honest the only thing that solved it was having a good cut. It looks damaged at the ends and needs to be chopped off! Love your videos💜
0:08 love you 😂 but yeah the hair is damaged and very compromised. Chop it off else the ends will break as the roots grow and then it feels like it doesn't grow xxx
Jess…Happy Birthday on Wednesday. Hope you have a lovely day!. Always enjoy your vlogs. Your hair would be lovely shorter..chin level bob😁. Sometimes a change will lift you.
Hi Jess love your vlogs 💕🌸💫 💓 I don’t usually comment, but I know how challenging frizzy hair can be at times, & especially with how weather has been 🙈 I’m also blonde, and have thick frizzy hair. 💁🏼♀️ If you haven’t already tried it, I recommend John Freida’s featherlight soothing crème, it works great for me & makes such a difference 🌸🙌🏻 As it’s not heavy on the hair like some creams/ serums , helps make it much smoother 💕 Although your hair is nice any way you have it 🫶🏻 I think your hair looks its best & so lovely without extensions. Long layers all over maybe try, and you used to really suit your fringe bangers. I also like having as helps to give your hair some style/ volume with a roller without a too drastic change 💓💓 Thanks for all your great content xxxx🌸
About your hair, ive been in the exact same position (minus frizzing) Ive had all different tips/advice and these are what worked for me. I know some of these things might ve obvious, promise im not trying to sound patronising. - Biotin supplement. Its okay to use products but you need to restore your hair from within. Amazon sell one thats biotin with coconut but make sure to take it with a substantial meal. Also other supplements or vitamins that will benefit your hair. - let it get greasy, the natural oils help and use a boar bristle brush to distribute the natural oil on the days leading up to it being washed - leave your hair alone as much as poss. Different styles, heat, products, tension etc stress your hair out - no bleach or colour for as long as poss. I know you want to stay blonde, i went dark as well ad following all these steps. - Olaplex oil after you have dried it will help, its done wonders for my hair. Its not cheap but lasts ages - Lastly be patient, it takes a while to recover but it will happen Hope that helps 😊
It could just be the video but it looks damaged in all honesty. Have you ever tried a curly hair routine at all? I get my hair bleached but it’s only max 4 times a year, and any other time my hair is always either up in a bun or kept in my natural curl pattern - just thinking “frizz” normally equates so some form of wave or curl in someone hair so might be worth investigating. It is very much a process however and can be time consuming at the start 😂
I feel your pain with your hair jess my hair is so frizzy after i have washed it ! It used to curl it and it never holds i straighten it and lasts for 5 min grrrrrr x
I am a new subscriber and really been enjoying your vlogs. I think you would suit shorter hairstyle as hair off your face in a bun suiits your face shape. Chopping it off into a more pixie style would cut off all the frizz and damaged hair. It looks quite snapped off at the back. It would look so nice much shorter and a darker colour too.
Stop conditioning your full head and only condition the ends also, Try baby shampoo and conditioner, all the expensive stuff isn’t that good for your hair, lots of additives. a really good trim and as much as I know you love being blond you could try 3 colours blond highlight, your natural colour and then a tone darker/warmer. Long term bleaching is not good for your hair no matter what treatments you use to try and counter the bleach. I was amazed with the bonnet, maybe embrace your wavy/kinky/curly hair and hang up the straighteners for a while? X

Ooh like a Taylor Swift blonde I think would be lovely 💙 My hair is like Jess' & I've never dyed mine, just blessed with a frizzy head hahah x
I agree! The toned down blonde last time was great, but imagine the darker hair era with the blue eyes 😍🫶🏼
I agree! Darker would look a lot healthier I think
If your hairs anything like mine, being brittle and thin at the ends, it could just be the bleaching, or the heat with straighteners, hairdryer. Also bleaching the strips the hair of its goodness and breaks, so looks thinner at the ends . Im stopping bleaching from now on. 😊
Jess... Hairbands are the way forward when growing your hair. Loose curl, brush through, bit of hair oil.. And a lovely headband 👌🏼
Thanks for another great vlog Jess ❤❤xx

No bleach is definitely a must if you want to grow your hair & get it in good condition. Still can colour it but just not bleach. X
How about trying a keratin treatment at the salon. Our salon do a full and an express and both so good, my mum has frizzy damaged hair and it sorts her out brilliantly. Might be worth a little try x

Chin length bob would look amazing on you Jess 😊 x
I’ve had that before and loved it! Though I think I might wait until after the wedding next year incase I regret it 😂
@@TheSliceOfJess it would still have time to grow again x
With a light wispy fringe 😍🫶🏼
You should try a bob hairstyle just to your jawline I think you would suit it ❤ Brilliant vlog x
I’ve had a bob before and did love it I won’t lie, though I don’t want to chop it all off before the wedding next year incase I regret it 😂
I use the loreal dream long anti frizz serum for my hair. I think layers would make your hair look fuller. And a light honey brown would look good.
I have really frizzy hair too. I ditched the straighteners and invested in a good round brush, and now I just blow dry my hair this has helped it so much with the heat and no straighteners xx
nearly birthday twins! mines the 12th 🎂it's hard to decide what to do with hair - the picture you put on a post the other day looked incredible!
Hilarious hat Jess 😂
Tatti lashes are the one !!!!!!!! Honestly I have converted!!!! Please try !! Would make a great video ! ❤
I used to love to style my hair, try new styles etc, now I spend money on a good cut and even though I hardly spend any time on styling it, I hate dirty hair so I'm happy if it's clean even if I'm just tying it up. Happy birthday x
I think a good cut maybe a restyle and give the bleaching a rest for a while will,do,wonders for the health of your hair.
Best thing i did for my hair was get a shag cut and embrace my natural wave. Also- check all your vitamins etc- iron, folate, b12 and vitamin D are all a big part in your hair health but most women are iron deficient, esp after weight loss x
I am a chapstick hoarder 😂. One in the car and every single bag I own 😅
Can you do short extensions to make your hair look thick but not too long? And I agree with another commenter saying get a keratin treatment. A Brazilian blow out one!
go with a bit darker hair till it grows out maybe? Buy a frizz ease serum I had to do that myself and it helped a bunch. Love your channel.

I liked your hair in the solo travel vlogs you did to Tenerife/Spain. It was shorter in a bob style and looked really healthy. You could always get hair extensions for th wedding x
I think the bonnet made a BIG difference. I have the double whammy of frizz and VERY thick, long hair, so I'm going to give a bonnet a go!
Love your nails ❤
