Is it possible for Kwun Tong line trains to continue all the way to Po Lam and Lohas Park? Let's say something's wrong with a train at Yau Tong station or Tiu Keng Leng station on the Tseung Kwan O line platforms.

康城有直達北角嘅車，不過繁忙時間先有。平時為咗慳運行成本而減少用車，變成淨係去調景嶺。

Techinically yes, since KTL train can switch to TKL before Tiu Keng Leng
