i was looking forward to this game for a long time an honestly, all those bad reviews scared me a little. after playing it for myself i had to put my 2 cents out there!
@@maskva-u6f Think about it, Microsoft has the closest thing to a monopoly in gaming ever achieved currently, and sony keeps flopping with its exclusives, or selling/putting them up for xbox game pass. What do you conjecture would happen between the two companies if that trend continued?
@@maskva-u6f If Sony doesn't have a reason to attract exclusivity anymore, there's ZERO reason to buy the PS6 they are developing. The PS5 has been out for like 4 years and it barely has any content, and a lot of the good stuff it does have is also available on Xbox.
I loved forspoken and for me it was worth the full price + DLC. It sure has its flaws and my main gripe with the game would be either some of the dialogue being a bit cheesy, but there are some genuine charming moments as well so it’s somewhat balanced. The worst aspect was how slow the game was at the beginning, I felt like I was trudging through the game until I started getting into the fun parts. But the gameplay is super good, the game looks amazing and combat is its strong suit. Wish the developers could have worked on the pacing more, I think you don’t unlock the second magic color until chapter 6. This is coming from someone who’s favorite game is Dragon’s Dogma. This game is perhaps in my top 10-15 from the combat alone but there’s just so many setbacks for me to place it even higher
i think, if they had introduced the other spell lines earlier and not after chapter 8 many people would have stayed for the great combat and ignored the cringe dialogue. it all comes down to pacing.
glad to see such a video from a dragon's dogma lover. I've seen several people compare the two videogames, perhaps because of the magic or perhaps because of the cut story. I'm hoping for a bbi island type hardcore dlc
I think when it comes to the story,just judging by based on how it ends and how it barely shows you a quarter of the map, that’s how the game is meant to be played, you’re meant to play through the story while exploring a little bit, but the bulk of your gameplay is supposed to come at the end of the story. Most reviewers didn’t bother playing past that point even if they did get to that point. Also to remember that it’s an rpg/jrpg fused with some western elements as well, i think most of those games are meant to have a gradual start
Yo I love your vids but can u give a update for the dragons dogma save editor?I’ve done all the steps and save/close but when I get on there are no cheats nothing happens 😅
if the edits don't work i have a guess. you have the game on steam and the library is on your C drive?! In that case you probably lack access rights to the save folder. Try starting 3xDAsav as Administrator or copy your save in another folder and try from there.

Game is decent, I feel like people don't understand what an ACTUAL BAD game is.
i think a lot of people hating on the game didn't play it and only repeat what they've been told.

i honestly had fun for about two weeks, after that it got stale. a game doesn't have to be a masterpiece to be enjoyable 😉

this game definitely needs some place where you can use all your spells to the fullest. the world is a bit empty as it is.

exactly, best indicator for that is chapter 13, which is an extra chapter just for exploring with all your powers.
