Trust and believe if another hurricane aims at Florida, I'm packing up my family and we're out! Yes we've been blessed beyond measure but better to be safe than sorry. With that being said my heart, thoughts and prayers go out to all of our neighbors in south Florida that were heavily impacted by hurricane Ian. May God bless our State 🙏🏾😞

It's true!! Not only cold weather help turn away hurricanes but lightning is not as powerful in the winter like the summer months. This is why I love cold weather

Florida CANNOT deal with another tropical system this year , i repeat IT CANNOT . It will be catastrophic.
We will all move up north and deal with the snow and ice in the winter than deal with anymore flooding. Would rather deal with snow and ice for only two months out of the year. Only Minnesota and any state close to it has longer winters. I am from Massachusetts and we don't have long winters and if anyone tells you we do they are lying to scare you.
