Yeah, I actually learned that girls tends to get more fat on their legs more than their stomach first. So basically, I'm really trying hard to loose weight on the thighs. It's hard, but I did loose maybe 2-3 centimeters off of my thighs for the past year. Best thing to do is to jog for around 1 and a half to 2 miles a day if you want to start loosing weight on the thighs... That's what I've been doing.

Yeah it's going great, but I stopped because it's getting cold and that it's getting boring for me... So I've been doing ballet. Also, I think that the reason why you sprained your ankle is because your pushing to much, and body can't handle it. If I were you, I would start off walking, then speed walk, jog, and if you think you're ready then run. As of right now, I would recommend for you too just eat healthy and use a stationary bike to loose weight... :)
so why is it most koreans are so freakin' skinny? Yeah Im also Skinny more than that Im short but whenver I try to pull off something like those kind of clothes, I still feel like Im not really good-looking at all unlike this video above. Hays. I think I need to be more paler.
