In this video we have with us IAS Azharuddin Quazi. Azharuddin Quazi comes from a humble background, his father was a auto rikshaw driver. His financial background was not that good so during his graduation, he had to leave Pune University in the first year of his gradation and had to complete his graduation from a local college. After the graduation he decided to do UPSC but was not able to handle the finaces. He came to know about an organisation who give free guidence to the upsc aspirants from the humble background. He gave the entrance and got selected. In the first 2 UPSC attempts Azharuddin Quazi was not able to clear the UPSC, so he decided to get a job first to manage the finaces. So he gave the exams for Bank PO and cleared it. after the 7 years of service when he was financially stable he resigned from his position, which was a tough decision for him. So he decided to give a UPSC attempt at the age of 30. He gave the attempt and got AIR-315 and got the Indian Administrative services.

इस वीडियो में हमारे साथ हैं IAS अजहरुद्दीन क्वाजी। अजहरुद्दीन क्वाजी का परिवेश नम्र है, उनके पिता एक ऑटो रिक्शा चालक थे। उनकी वित्तीय स्थिति अच्छी नहीं थी इसलिए उन्होंने अपनी स्नातकता के दौरान पुणे विश्वविद्यालय छोड़ दिया और उन्हें अपनी स्नातकता को स्थानीय कॉलेज से पूरा करना पड़ा। स्नातकता के बाद उन्होंने UPSC करने का निर्णय लिया लेकिन वह वित्तों को संभालने में सक्षम नहीं थे। उन्हें एक संगठन के बारे में पता चला जो नम्र परिवेश से UPSC के उम्मीदवारों को मुफ्त मार्गदर्शन देता है। उन्होंने प्रवेश परीक्षा दी और चयनित हो गए। पहले 2 UPSC प्रयासों में अजहरुद्दीन क्वाजी को UPSC को क्लियर करने में सक्षम नहीं हो सके, इसलिए उन्होंने पहले वित्तों को संभालने के लिए नौकरी पाने का निर्णय लिया। तो उन्होंने बैंक PO की परीक्षाओं को दिया और उसे क्लियर कर दिया। 7 साल की सेवा के बाद जब वह वित्तीय रूप से स्थिर हो गए तो उन्होंने अपनी स्थिति से इस्तीफा दे दिया, जो उनके लिए एक कठिन निर्णय था। तो उन्होंने 30 की उम्र में UPSC का प्रयास देने का निर्णय लिया। उन्होंने प्रयास दिया और AIR-315 प्राप्त किया और भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवाओं को प्राप्त किया।

इसी सोच के साथ एक शुरुआत हुई. देश के कोने-कोने से सबसे प्रेरणादायक कहानियों को चुनकर हर उस शख्स तक पहुंचाने की जो बड़े सपने देखता है.
