Oh by the way, I saw in another video you mentioned your scalp health and felt like your hair was thinner, and here you mentioned you quit birth control. When you quit birth control, you can have a big hair fall, just like after you have a baby! When you're on birth control, the 'falling out' stage of a hairs' cycle is delayed a bit, so when you go off, you can have a bigger hair fall than usual as they complete their life cycle. You might start noticing a bunch of little fuzzy baby hairs coming soon, and it will balance out and you'll notice your hair get thicker again- but maybe not as thick as it was on birth control. :) Hope that makes sense!
